all of my food was cold they told me that my order was not paid when it was paid worst Burger King I've ever been in
I ordered ahead using the mobile app so I expected my food to be ready and on time and delicious but it wasn’t. Instead when I pulled up to the drive-through I had to wait for my order and there were people behind me who got the order before I got my order. When I finally got my order it was cold and the milkshake was watery. Very disappointing?
After a 15 minute wait at the drive thru, the completely rude and insensitive person who took the order was not only unapologetic, but he also didn't accommodate a simple substitution of impossible whopper to A whopper, something that has never been an issue since the impossible whopper was introduced. I was willing to pay for the up charge or price difference. Worst burger King I have been to
Food ok but staff admitted to frauding ticket times.... they have a huge line for the 2 ordering stations but only 1 person taking orders every 2 min on the dot. I counted... then they rush you through the line to pay and then if they're not ready with your order make you pull forward. I asked the gentleman giving me my food if they were doing this too trick corporate into think their ticket times are faster then they really are. And he responded without hesitation. Yes.... I guess corporate need to install sensors to see how long people are waiting in line to order now.
Are they under new management? Precovid I used to pass 2 other burger king's to get here now I wouldn't come here if I lived next door. Cold food, told to move up and sit for 15 minutes for 2 combos, and oh my God have the prices gone up!!

On their website it says they are open until 12 am....when me and my husband showed up to the location they said they were only taking deliveries.we were visiting so family and came out of state. It's really ashame because I love BK but I guess Pennsylvania BK close early
Very slow but more importantly this restaurant gives priority to drive through over walking in and picking up your order because the drive through times are more important to their records.
So it’s 4:19 right now, there’s only been 4 cars, I’ve been in line since 3:52, these dudes be the slowest people in the area frfr. Foods usually always cold when I come which isn’t often so going to an actual restaurant is faster..
Use to be a good place last 2 times I got food thare was Drive-through and the food was stale old and. Literally hard. Like thay reheated something in a microwave more than once this place needs a visit from the health and code people because something is not right
