Fries colder than ever along with giving us 2 unsweetened iced teas when we asked for sweet ice tea. This is beyond ridiculous and I will be contacting corporate because "hot and crispy" guaranteed is a LIE.Nuggets also cold as ever.

They’ve downgraded quite a few items on their menu to be smaller and include less ingredients. Particularly in their 4 for $4 meal special.

I particularly like Wendy's Taco Salad. They courteously honor dietary requests when an allergy is involved. I appreciate that.
Horrible experience. Instead of separating things like they’re supposed to be they threw everything in the bags. Shorted us items. Keep the doors locked so no one can get the order correct. Stay away from this one. The one in union is much better
Went at 8:30 and they were closed and workers were leaving. Along with how horrible their service is and attitudes I guess they decide to close early too

So last night we pulled up at 8:45 and all the lights were shut off. I assumed they closed at 9 considering we sat at the order speaker for about 3 minutes confused before they got on to the speaker to take our order. I am always very nice and remained nice and these ladies were extremely rude over the speaker. They took my order and when I got to the window I asked if they close at 9. The girl at the counter ignored me so I had to ask again. She then was snippy and said no we close at 10, I said oh okay.. Next window the woman began handing us the order and did not say a single word to us. No hello, no you’re welcome when we said thank you.. no have a good night.. Typically I never leave reviews but every experience before this had been great and friendly. Last night these ladies seriously tried to pretend they were closed then treated us like garbage when they on fact were open for another hour.. Then we get home, there were two piece of bacon on our TRIPLE BACONATOR and the bacon had not been warmed it was cold and soggy. They gave us no straws and the wrong frosty too. We were too annoyed to go back and deal with their negativity. Sad that the staff changed my opinion so easy on what I thought was one of the friendliest Wendy’s I’d ever been to. Would give a negative star if I could. Do better.
