We come every so often to Wendy's for their good chicken nuggets and sandwiches. I can remember qhen a 4 pc. nugget was $1 now its $1.39. I also remember how when I asked for ranch and BBQ sauce they gave it to me. I go threw and order 2 6pc. For $2 each and 2 sandwiches and 2 burgers and get 4 BBQ. I had specifically asked for 5 each. Got 4 BBQ only. I went back threw and asked for more since their dining area. I calmly asked for some ranch. We went around to the first window and the told us to head to the next. I was about to and the manager came out and asked us what we wanted and gave us the option of BBQ and or ranch. I said preferably both and he then handed us one of each then closed and locked the window and then put a stick between the sliding window and the wall. Just absolutely ridiculous!
The food is good, service is hit or miss depending on the shift. My last visit lasted roughly 25 minutes in the drive-thru
Never get orders right then want to send u a coupon in mail insted of replacing ur food that day.
Dining room is closed, which means you're probably going to be waiting in a long drive thru line. Food is always hot and fresh.

They are a typical Wendy's fast-food restaurant. Still operating as a drive-thru only, the line can sometimes get pretty long, but the food is usually fresh and up to corporate standards.
So you close at 940pm now? Wait in line then finally gets to my turn n you say sorry we are closed....will not be returning your service is horrific

18 minutes in the drive through. Well, that alone should be enough.
Terrible service. Waited in line forever. The sandwiches weren't even hot when we got them.
