Called to order a large pizza for delivery. It was 30!!!! The person who answered told us she could do a special large for $10 but delivery was all least $13. She could not add $3 to the order and did not speak English at ALL! So they are using a call center and no one speaks English! Will never order again! Horrible! Bye bye pizza hut!
Pizza was hot and ready for pickup. I think the pizza could have used a little more sauce but all in all the pizza box that comes with 2 medium pizzas and boneless wing and bread sticks was good.
pizza hut use to be good, but now I wonder how they stay going with food that cant compete with other pizza shops.
When I order breadsticks the marinara sauce is cold that is very unsatisfying but everything else is good same cold marinara as last time very annoying
This place is horrendous! Ordered a pizza, when we open the box, it was so dry and overcooked it was rock hard. Called and spoke to the manager, she did not apologize instead she decided to say, "I don't know HOW it would be hard!", Then sat quietly on the other end. I mentioned that it was inedible and she still didn't say anything. I mentioned to her that this is the part where she is supposed to apologize and ask how they can remedy the situation. She snapped at me and said, "I was putting a credit on your account when I wasn't talking to you!" Do not waste your money here... Go to little caesars, go to domino's, go anywhere but here! They have gutted the inside and refuse to sweep mop or clean the counters as well. This place is a hot mess.
Food was prepared really Good did not have to hunt for the chicken toppings were spread evenly over the pizza wings were perfect
A new pizza hut at a different location. The present locfation has to be over 40 years old and has not aged well.
I placed an order at 6:13pm and at 6:32pm it went out the door. Here it is 7:23pm with no food in sight. I understand shortstaffing but you might want to rethink how you send orders out. A warning that food will be late, instead of the 25-35 minutes listed when you check would be helpful. Not giving your ONE delivery driver 12 orders at a time is helpful.
Been years since I ordered from here, the deluxe pizza was good, the other pizza toppings were stuck to the top of the box. the food was cold. prices are high for the low quality of food you get. pizza hut use to be good.
This food here is so outrageously priced! I went in to order a pizza for my nephew. He wanted 1 large meat lovers pizza with mushrooms with a side of ranch and the order came to $31.60. I like pizza joes pizza way better we order 1 large pizza with 3 toppings and a side of sauce and ranch and the total it only $16.99. See the difference? It's sooo crazy!! I don't know how they stay in business. This is just my opinion however.
