They have consistently messed up my orders. I gave up ordering my special request food because items like big Mac on a regular bun and no reconn onions is too difficult for them to make but today was even worse. I ordered 2 sausage muffins. Simple enough I would think. I was running late at 615am only car in the drive thru. Order taker had rung up a sausage muffin but was reringing it. I didn't think I should recheck what was on the screen so I'm partially at fault there. Turns out he changed it to 2 sausage burritos, I can't eat eggs right now so as I'm trying to get to work on time I discover I just paid for food I can't eat. I call and hear well you did get what you paid for, except it's not what I ordered and I can't eat it. I also now will not have an opportunity to get a meal until 3pm. So I get to sit through this meeting and then work all day on an empty stomach because 2 sausage muffins was too difficult of an order. I wish there was a more convenient McDonald's on my route to work because I give up on this one.
I don’t know who the managers are at this store but they are doing something right! I come in almost every week and every time the employees are kind and happy. Kudos to all!
I'm not necessarily one for fast food but I was in a hurry and needed something to eat. Ordered a 4pc nug and a large Oreo mcflurry. For some reason they asked me to pull up it was almost 10 minutes for the nuggets and the McFlurry was a small and it was only half filled. Not their finest moment I'm assuming.
Often get my order wrong or forget items ordered! They are happy to fix the order but it’s very inconvenient to have to go back for them to make it right! I feel the should compensate in some way when they get it wrong!
Just went through drive through and was pulled for a cheeseburger. It literally just took them 9 minutes to make a cheeseburger.New complaint; ordered breakfast on mobile app, arrived BEFORE breakfast ended, but drive thru line was long. Gave my mobile number at 10:31 am and was REFUSED my food bc I was ONE MINUTE too late giving them my order ID. What is the point of the app if I'm just going to be refused my order. And, I arrived BEFORE breakfast but was held up by DT line. Love how I wasted my time and gas for food they refused to make. Funny part; the breakfast sandwich I ordered is one listed as available ALL DAY! I just ordered w/o the egg. Utterly ridiculous and quite disrespectful!
Ok. So went the other day. Wrapped drive thru. Moving..making great time and had great experience. Went again tonight.. not so great. ..1 car in drive thru ahead of me. I get to window and am asked pull ahead they're making fresh fries..no problem great I love hot fries. ..so y am I waiting 10 minutes for what are actually now cold fries because you're all hanging out the windows playing with you're buddy in a charger doing burnouts and donuts around the building.
Fresh food,quick service, we sat and use self order and everything come quick,not really clean store when we are sat down..
This McDonald's drive thru is horrible always forgets something. Even after the lady that repeats everything u ordered 10 times
My kids love McDonald's. I however don't really only because of all the deep fried foods, the processed meat, and all the fat , sodium, and calories. So it's not just this place it's most of the fast food places around. Sorry ?
It's a gamble waited 19 mins at the window for 2 mc dubs bc there was a mix up if it's early morning it is good later on hold on
