Not as good as I expected. I had a mozzarella mushroom burger totally tasteless. Overcooked under seasoned overpriced. They're all actually was pretty good. There was four of us and no one thought your meal was good as expected. Service was good waitress was deep you could tell she was quite pregnant but did a good job. I'm not sure why the good reviews?
The mozzarella sticks were the only good part of the experience, The bun of the burger was massive and way too chewy. The fries were clearly frozen and not fried properly. They didn't have a ketchup bottle only packets. The pasta dish my dad ordered looked like it came out of a can of chef boyardee. The young lady who served us was very rude and unfriendly. Will not be back.
The food was good and so was the waitress but after a trip to the restroom I couldn’t believe how dirty the floors were there and in the restaurant. Looks like they haven’t been cleaned for a year
I live in Ellwood City I wish I could go to to eat all the time. Love the food the service. Nothing to be unhappy about. Prices are reasonable and so are portions. If you want Good Food for your money this is the place to go. Janie
Usually this place has been one of our to go restaurants in the New Castle area. Sadly, it has gone down hill recently. Most recent trip we were seated the same time as the table next to us and ordered from the same waitress. They got their order and second order before we got ours. When we get ours, I had requested extra cocktail sauce. When it arrives, I find out they are out of cocktail sauce and they would let me change my order. Not having another hour to wait for food, I ask for steak sauce. She leaves, and comes back and informs me they are also out of steak sauce but have ketchup. By that time, food was cold and not up to par. Sad once a great place is now what it is. Great owners, so hopefully it gets turned back around.

My wife and I were looking for a quick bite after doing shopping… we stopped at the Hugger Mugger. It was a tidy little place that advertised great burgers. We ordered their street fries which we shared and two burgers. The street fries were huge. They were very tasty, but the portion was so big, two people couldn’t finish them. I highly recommend the street fries as they were covered with bacon crumbles, melted cheese and jalapeño peppers! Very tasty and very good!The burgers were a very big disappointment though. The Burger was big and burt… also very dry. I will go back to this restaurant, but will not be ordering burgers.
All of the food was amazing!! They have such a wide variety of food to choose from. The service was impeccable. All of the waitresses are very pleasant and polite. Our food came out in a quick and timely manner and was hot and fresh. The atmosphere is quite and laid back and definitely family friendly. A wonderful place to go for good food and a relaxing time.
Best customer service in a family based restaurant. Packed at lunch and still prepares orders in a well timely manner. Well today my order was taken down not wrong but another menu option and was corrected and the difference did not matter. I will be back as well as order more precise. I am sorry for the inconvenience and appreciate the kindness, quick fix, and happy belly!
Food was really good and servers very friendly. There isn't a whole lot to say but if you're looking for a nice place to eat with reasonable prices and friendly service, this place is a good choice. I've been there a few times and would go back.
