Waitress and staff was friendly. Food was served hot and correct.I ordered the egg and meat breakfast. It was by far the best breakfast I have had in the this town in decades. I'm so glad Hazel's has survived all these years. I knew they awesome lunches but never had a chance to grab breakfast until now. Definitely looking forward to my breakfast at Hazel's.
Cozy. Nice and cozy. The food is more like home made, and portions were large. They are fairly priced meals and the waitress was a total sweetheart, unfortunately I don't remember her name but I will make sure to get it next time we go.It's sad that Hazel's is literally hidden in the center if a dead city.
Food is always amazing!! We don’t come in for lunch often, recently I had stopped in with the my daughter and grandchildren. Our waitress was not friendly at all, she had reddish short haircut and absolutely no personality. She seemed pretty annoyed that we came around 2pm and we felt rushed. I missed the morning waitress always so friendly, we will stick with breakfast! Still our favorite place to eat in New Castle.
Waitresses are always on top of everything, and the food is great! They have reasonable prices, and one of the few places that have really good coffee in town! It is all around a great restaurant for breakfast and lunch!

Make sure you order full special, extra plate to share is $2.00 more...hmm...food was good and great coffee. Just watch the prices. They don't tell you until you get your bill.
Can tell a good place if the cook ur eggs exactly as u ordered. Doesnt happen everywhere. Food was amazing and I ate it all which rarely happens

Fantastic breakfast! The best eggs and bacon I've EVER eaten. Perfectly cooked and very tasty. We'll definitely be back the next time we're in town!
