It's good coffee but It's over hyped by some people
$5 for a small almond milk latte. They left over an inch of room in the cup which was disappointing. The latte was really good in terms of taste.
I just went thru drive thru ...I was in passenger seat. My husband ordered 3 coffees, one of which was for my coworker. I told him the order and she asked for him to rpeat...I had repeated it in and she told me don't scream, which I don't feel that I did. When trying to explain to the girl at the window, she shut the window. I go to Dunkin Donuts every day..I did not appreciate the rudeness.
They weren't busy at all there was one person in front of me in the drive thru. I ordered a frozen vanilla coffee and some hash browns and my order was completely wrong. No hash browns and my drink was something completely different. I can't say I'll be going back to that particular store any time soon.
My brother ordered food through the drive-thru. He got to the window, he made an error & the order needed voided. The girl at the window was angry and told the manager, "I need a void for this F%^@^%N guy." She said it really loud. I know it's hard to find employees, but didn't realize they had to hire pirates. I don't patronize this place anymore.
Everything Dunkin has is good quality but the staff can be hit or miss. This location has both.
Kimmie at the drive thru always has a bad attitude. She gets really angry if you want more than one donut and she has to grab a box and select what you want. She also doesn't listen and always gets the coffee drinks wrong. We will not return to this location. If she doesn't like her job she should find a new one!
They are really nice and always gets my order right!
Beware going here at night if you get a mobile order. The last two times I was here they didn't make my food, just my drink so I had to ask. They sent me up to the door to wait and after 20 minutes I went inside where they gave me my order which had been done for a while but not brought out to me, and it was missing things from my order. Going during the day I haven't had that issue.
