Alicia was very unprofessional. At the 101 north Jefferson new castle pa Dominios. We placed the order around 8PM. The delivery times were not accurate. Around 9 we called again and said the driver is no where near. Alicia was surprised that the driver even had the food and said the driver will be there shortly. We get a notification that the pizza was delivered. I called back and asked what was going on. I nicely said the order said it was delivered yet the driver wasn't sure. She then lied and said she was not the person we spoke to. My partner and I reiterated that we only spoke to an Alicia. I asked if I could speak to the other crew member- the member Alicia, claimed we spoke to. She didn't say anything and hung up the first time. I called back and said I didn't appreciate the hung up. She lied again and said she didn't hang out. I let her know it was probably not her fault with scheduling but if you go back into my order log, every single shift Alicia is on, my deliveries are late. She even gave me two free pizzas due to having to wait over two hours for a bread that is ten minutes away. We offered to come get the bread and she told us the driver was on the way- that is why we didn't get it. I asked for her district and regional manager. I have been a general manager at several pizza places and know this is knowledge ALL members need to know or a place in the store to reference. Alicia said she had no idea and she said this was one of her first days working. More lies. If you look at my pizza profile, I have spoken to Alicia number of times. That was the second hung up. I called again and said look on the wall and there should be a servsafe person to call. Which I'm concerned if food is being made at unhealthy temperatures and promised at times where it's dangerous to serve food. She then just repeated herself that she refunded our food. We waited almost two hours. We got into our car and were told the driver was on the way and to not come because it was being deliveried. Extremely unhappy with this experience and the most unprofessional customer service I have ever experienced. I will be in the store for a proper explanation because hanging up on a customer and not taking ownership instead of lying makes no sense. It is just pizza. Instead of gas lighting the customer, own up and say there isn't enough people instead of trying to delivery us old food, lie, hang up unprofessionally, and think refunding our money without dinner to eat tonight was okay. I added all the times I had to call and all the times she hung up on us.
I ordered food at 9:30pm. The first worker i talked to said 45 minutes. It is now 11:00pm and the second worked i talked to said it’s going to be another 20-25 minutes before my order arrives. The store closes at 12:00am and they don’t even accept anymore deliveries, so we are the last delivery they even have to do……Do NOT order from here if you’re hungry and expect the time they tell you it will be here. I will be contacting HR in the morning for a full refund or some type of coupons because this was ridiculous and the customer service was absolutely horrible. If i could give negative stars i would. Hate this place. Also, the tracking app for dominos does not work whatsoever. This was a complete waste of time and money. It is now 11:30pm.Food NEVER arrived. Nobody called my phone or my boyfriends phone. Nobody came to the apartment or knocked on the door. Now Domino’s said we either have to pick the order up or they have to cancel it and we cannot get the food. I will be requesting a full refund at the store and if they decline I will be contacting the HR department tomorrow morning.Do not order from this dominoes it is the worst pizza place I’ve ever experienced in my entire life and if I could give -10 stars and get every employee fired in this dominoes shut down I would.
I will not recommend this place to no one Hayley Webster was less than professional in there the whole place smelled like marijuana the service was disgusting and my phone this was disgusting and my food had heroine you need to change the store up
Lately the pizza has been raunchy, And greasy. Tonight when I bought a pan pizza I took it home and the box was wet but it was a wet from water it was wet from grease. I took a couple of bites and I thought I had to go to the emergency room. No more dominoes for me. I’ll spend a few more dollars and go to Manginos To get a real pizza.

Excellent fast delivery! Easy online ordering! Food was fantastic! I ordered pizza pasta and sandwiches and everything was good! Great job!

This is the worst delivery service in town,waited over hour an half for my order.just awful. Then they called an ask what house again.food came cold misable tasteing.just keep making up excuses after excuses.i do not recommend anybody to order from Domino's.careless an reckless people.
It's amazing how much there pizza prices are compared to better quality pizzerias are. Not mention the guy who was preparing the pizza wasn't wearing any gloves did not wash their hands once touching the main screen on the counter then remaking food with the same hands that's very unsanitary.
