they need to retrain their emoyees how to mix a blizzard, last coue blizzards have been getting worse. the one tonight was not mixed, just layer of ice cream, layer of oreos and a top layer of ice cream.
This is the only restaurant in the new castle area that is not allowing inside dining. It’s been over 2 years since Covid began. Everyone else is open. Parking lot had employee cars. It’s now creating a lot of problems for traffic by them doing this. They’re supposed to be opening another one in union as well. Wonder if that’ll be the same thing then.
They accidentally added an order from a different vehicle to my order at the pay window. Waited there for 5 minutes to get it straightened out. After receiving food, a burger that was supposed to have no cheese had cheese on it, one of the chicken baskets was the wrong portion so I paid extra for less. Each chicken strip basket had no sauce that was asked for and paid extra for and to top it all off the wrong change was given back..

Food is soo good but wish we can eat inside
Dairy Queen has mastered its power over gravity itself. Always impressed that my blizzard never ends up on the ground when turned upside down.
They keep screwing up my fav blizz. Chocolate chip is not cookie dough.
