Worst meal I ever had there. Not sure if it was even what I ordered. Neither my daughter nor I were really eating and the waitress didn't ever ask if everything was okay. She came back and asked us if we wanted dessert while she was putting the check on the table. The cashier asked us how it was, I said the worst meal I have ever had. She basically shrugged her shoulders and told me a total. If I didn't have a meeting in a few minutes I would/should have asked for the manager.
Just had a really good breakfast. Had to take a minute to say Denise was a incredible waitress. We eat out alot and she was in a league of her own.
The hostess had an attitude, the food took forever and was barely edible. The waitress was very sweet.
It was not good. We had to wait for 30mins. They told us it was only going to be 15mins. You got seated or even took to a table she told us to wait out where you come in. So we left it was only six people in the parking lot it was a very unprofessional and rude.
A lot of food for the money! All was delicious! The employees were all very happy, and I smiling, and pleasant...compared to the Cranberry Township Bob Evans, where they act like they'd rather be anywhere but Bob Evans. Kudos to the New Castle Bob Evan's for motivating an awesome team!
Waited 45 minutes for breakfast for two people nothing was cooked pancakes were raw. They worry about take her out orders before people that sitting in the restaurant don't waste your time stay at home and cook yourself. Terrible I will never return. And this is like the third time this has happened
a 2o minute wait for our group of 6. But service was wonderful an food was delicious. Hope they can all get full staffed soon.
Bob Evans is always delicious and quick. My waitress was excellent.
Coffee was horrible, told us it was fresh made, apparently they don’t know what fresh coffee is. It was gray with milk in it. Second cup she brought was iced cold. Then she brings me another cup and I asked was it decaf and she said yes and again it was stale but then after i drank half cup she came and said they “ kinda” switched the pots! I am not allowed to have regular coffee due to heart issues! Apparently they think it doesn’t matter if whatever we get! Plus they were out of cream!! Talked to the manager and he could care less. We asked to have the coffee removed, he could care less. Told him we won’t be back. Poor example of a manager. I’ll drive the 30 miles to go to Cracker Barrel for breakfast, fresh coffee, good service and a good manager! Bob Evans in New Castle has always been bad, now it’s worse and there’s never anyone there…. No wonder.
Always love coming here. Very consistent and have a super nice staff.
