Got into a very slow line at the drive thru at 8:47 PM. The cars ahead of us ordered and were served. Got to the ordering screen at 8:58, and the recording said the restaurant was closed. Posted hours stated they were open until 9. Several cars behind us had also waited and were not served. I'm not a jerk - I'd understand being turned away if we arrived after closing, but we sat there patiently during business hours. I looked in the window as we drove away and saw a bunch of kids laughing and joking around.
Used the drive thru today… super quick with my order and the 3 staff members fulfilling my order were super polite and friendly!
If you’re that addicted to fast food you give them a bad review for the car line you got problems Wendy’s actually makes their food unlike most fast food places everything is premade Wendy’s has actual food y’all are a bunch of crybaby’s crying about the line every place has a line at lunch I can’t believe people actually give bad reviews for that blows my mind if you can’t wait an extra 14 minutes for your cheeseburger get some help!
Horrible! I usually go there between 10:30 - 11:30 am on weekends. About 50% of the time they’re not able to take orders (for various reasons). Last week I was told they were between breakfast and lunch and only had chicken nuggets available. If you plan on going at this time of day consider your self lucky if you can place an order.
Extremely rude and unprofessional. I will never be returning to this location. Some people shouldn’t work in the food industry if they can’t be kind and communicate properly. Very unpleasant experience to say the least.
Rude lady gave us dirty looks the entire time. Couldn't eat in the dining room, they kicked us out and we ate on the tables outside and the 2 trashcans in that area were overflowing and trash was blowing all around everywhere ?
Typical Wendy's but still swipes cards. No google pay. This goes along with worst fast food app.
Food is always good. There's no dining in right now due to Covid, but they do have a dining room. Same menu as all Wendy's restaraunts.
I ordered a double Big Bacon Cheddar. Instead of two beef patties, I got a single chicken patty. Never going back
Tried a new sandwich Double Bacon Cheddar, was pretty good & filling. Enough said.
