Another good experience at Wendys. My wife got the hot chicken biggie bag and a salad to eat for dinner later that evening. I got a big bacon cheddar cheese double combo. I also got extra catsup because I find that I like their fries better with just a little catsup. Overall an enjoyable meal, I was disappointed that my mobile coupon for $3 dollars off of a $15 dollar order did not work. It did not remain available it disappeared off of my phone as available offers.

They are always so nice and on point with the food but this location needs staffing help badly!!! Their lack of staff means extremely long wait times. Corporate needs to step in or start offering bonuses/incentives/better pay so people want to come to work!!! These poor employees are probably miserable! And to all the rude people leaving reviews, look at the world we live in and what we went through the last two years!! Give people a break.

Disappointed! Ordered the $4 biggie bag, the tiny burger patty was overcooked; fries were dry and under seasoned, the nuggets were hardMy husband ordered Dave's Triple, not only the was all 4 burgers overcooked, they must have run out of the burger patties used for the triple, because they served up 2 of the smaller patties to make up for not having 3rd signature patty; the 2 smaller patties didn't equal 1 of the signature pattiesWe would have rather have them just inform us that they didn't have a triple available.On a good note, my husband stated his fries were good.

Line was quite long. Got to the speaker and I was asked to wait to order. I had to wait a few minutes before I could order. I placed my order and the food came quickly. The cashier was very friendly.

Staff was very nice. Food was hot and fresh. But extremely slow. Like everyone else. Since no one wants to work anymore

Food was great. But when asked if they participated in the frost jr frosty was told yes but charged for it anyway. Just reviewing to let employees know to double check that they aren't keeping store promises.

I work 60-70 hours a week and haven’t been off in two weeks because we are trying to run a store with only two reliable people. I stopped at Wendy’s on the way home only to find they closed an hour early. The girls excuse was that the roads were bad and that they have no staff. When I told her that I see at least four staff people and the roads are fine she proceeded to flick me off. Girl you don’t know what no staff is. This is unacceptable.

I keep making the same mistake and coming to this store. Last time they didn't give my complete order. This time I had two small orders and wouldn't let me go through the drive through. So I wasted 15 minutes just to be told to come inside and wait again inside. It's unfortunate they care more about the timer for the drive through rather than the customer experience. Please don't waste your time

Very rude woman working drive thru. I ordered food and she rang up a higher price, when I told her it says the price on the menu she got a horrible attitude and said that what ever it rings up as is the price and she didn't care about what the menu said, then asked if I still wanted to order. I left. This is not the first time I had rude customer service at the Monroeville location. I never complain, but I feel like corporate needs to hear about how bad this location really is.
