Terrible experience. I ordered from here tonight after they got my order wrong last time, and i tried to order one of their 'specialty' pizzas, a colossal mac n cheese pizza. When i got it, it was undercooked, chewy, and nearly as thin as the cardboard the box was made from. Not only that, but it barely had any cheese on it at all and the way it was cut was more reminiscent of the pattern of on a stained glass window than a pizza. I called the place to let them know what happened, and i spoke with the same person who i placed the order with. She told me nothing was wrong with it, and that she made the pizza personally. When i tried to interject she hung up on me. I called her back and she gave the phone to the guy who delivered the pizza, who said his name was Clay. He gave the excuse that the food service industry is incredibly understaffed, and said that the few employees that are there are incredibly skilled. His exact words were "on one hand i wanna make you happy because youre the customer, but on the otjer hand all pizzas are given a two-step quality check before being sent out. Eventually i got him to agree to at least a *partial* refund, claiming it was a sign of good faith, but honestly i think it was just to get me off the phones. I wound up eating a few slices of the pizza anyway because i didnt get my money back, and my jaw is actually physically sore from how tough it was to chew.
You can't get the deals unless you order on line, then you have to give home address, email etc for a pickup... Just a scam so they can flood you with junk....
Had the best experience I’ve had so far at this location ! I’d like to give a special shout out to Clay and Marie for the excellent customer service ! Very friendly and speedy service !
The boneless wings definitely don’t look like the picture and are not worth $10. They’re just frozen popcorn chicken
The most GHETTO vocellis. Used to be okay but it’s gotten way worse. The staff is horrible, screaming at customers and at each other. when I came they had messed up people’s pizzas and would visibly DROP toppings and put them back on the pizza. DISGUSTING! DO NOT GO HERE.
Wings were very good. Salad was nasty ? lettuce was bad and the tomatoes were squishy and old. Have had better salads from here.
One.of the best Veggie Pizza in town. They open late (till 1 AM), staff was good. Food was tasty. Bit expensive.
My pizza and sticks were done to perfection. So delicious and the gentleman working there was very pleasant. I shall return!
The employee was very nice and helpful.
Somehow, someway, I’m no longer in their delivery area even though I’m literally 2 miles down the road.
