I went there yesterday to get the Mexican Pizza combo. When I got to the window I handed the cashier my money as at least 5 people stood around chatting . Eventually without a thank you I was handed my bag of food . No drink. One of the non stop talking employees simply looked at me and asked did you get a drink? Really???? A combo with no drink?? He gave me a regular Pepsi not a Diet Pepsi & did not say anything as he gave it to me. I can now understand why there was no line there and Chick-fil-A a few doors down was packed. The food was gross & I got acid reflux. I would give no stars if B possible. How about giving me my money back please? No comments about striving to do better, but actually make it right for me please.
I tried the chicken chalupa combo . The meal wasn't bad but I just wish you would get more food for what you're paying. . For 2 Chicken Chalupa combo's large size our total bill was $22.45, and unfortunately for me I was not full.
If I could give them a negative I would, please please please do NOT eat their chicken. I got food poisoning and am sick as a dog today when I just ate it last night. Please keep away from chicken. It is awful ?
Dined in everything was spot on, the counter clerk was happy and very nice.My order did not take long just a couple minutes. My only disappointment on this visit was I wanted a blue freezee drink and they were out of that flavor. No big deal I just got the red one instead.
The service has gotten progressively worse. The drive they workers are rude for no reason. I had an online order to pick up, and when I got there and told them they repeatedly said “we don’t have any online orders”. I told them that it was just placed and they said it again and then stopped talking to me. They finally found the order and when I come up to the window they were all laughing. When I finally get my food everything was thrown into the bag and everything was made sloppy. Very unimpressed with the workers considering the amount of people who were there.
Sometimes service is better than others. Mostly good though. They get ppl through the line as fast as they can, the order is almost always accurate. Sometimes they toss in extra stuff. Always reliable. Wish some menu items wouldn't disappear as fast.

Used to be great quality for a great price. Now I think it's overpriced, and since you can't eat inside during these COVID times, your 'crunchy' tacos will not be crunchy by the time you get them home. The drive thru line took a long time too, and they were out of hot sauce.
Food is always fresh. If there is a long line for drive thru it goes fairly quick.
...I just had my 1st bad encounter with a drive thru staff. At the speaker I always address yes sir, yes mama or whatever. There was extensive loud laughing when i said sir, and i was trying to order. When I got to the window it was a lady. The person was young, and offensively said, "I'm not a sir". Needless to say I'll skip the rest, but she wasn't very customer oriented. When we got our food, it wasn't even the correct order. I just let it go, and I will never be going there again. It was 11 am on a Sunday 12/19/2020.
