Hannah the worker was chit chatting with her friend while there’s a line of people . Really getting tired of these young girls getting their first job with no work ethic . Just sitting there talking to her friend. Very unprofessional serving her friend before everyone else
This is one of my favorite Starbucks locations because of the following reasons: the employees are very friendly, i like the seats along the wall, outlets to plug in are typically available, it's clean, and I get a lot of good work done here on my tablet and phone. The only cons I can think of is that the parking lot gets somewhat crowded and isn't very big to get in and out easily. Also, it does get super busy at times, but at times you would expect (e.g. friday night). The pics I am posting are of a Nitro Cold Brew with an Almond Milk and Honey cold foam. Very interesting blend! This is a very strong cold brew and I could have used a little more milk beyond the foam but it was very delicious and a fun treat. The honey was a interesting touch. I would recommend asking for the lid on the side to enjoy the foam and sugar sprinkle a bit more.
Friendly, helpful baristas at this spot, located at a very, very busy intersection. My drink was perfectly made to order, despite the fact that there was an accident that occurred right after I'd parked. If the vehicle had rolled down the hill, a mere six feet more, it would have hit my car. ...and you know what? I have the distinct feeling that the whole team would have comforted me if my car had been totaled. They seemed genuinely concerned about the strangers involved in the accident outside. Add to that, they remained positive and friendly to all the other customers despite the chaos. I sipped my delicious drink and chillaxed.

Dirty, slow, no toilet paper, this photograph is a counter full of abandoned, melted mobile orders, 5 people in addition to me are just lolling around waiting for preordered drinks for 20 minutes. There are FOUR to SIX people working. 20 minutes post-pickup time, I asked for an eta on my drink. the barista looked over at the sticker machine, read my not-started order & said oh. We’re out of that. The only time I’ve ever picked up from Starbucks & had to cancel my order.
Skip this one, their cup etiquette is very bad. I noticed all the employees handling the cups (covered and open) by the cup rims (the part I will put in my mouth to drink!)I got a couple of Flat Whites and two egg bites. The egg bites were good.
As always, you can count on all the Starbucks being the same including this one the service is good the coffee is better and everything was fine
The gentleman at the drive through window was SOOO kind and nice. He offered without me thinking about it and gave my fur pup a pup cup. Such nice employees!!! Thank you
Messed up my order a couple times while it was slow. Usually good most of the time though.
I love Starbucks! ? Always friendly, great environment. Good selection of drinks.
