It's in a terrible location to get in and of out of, especially when the drive-thru is backed up. Also, be prepared to wait A LONG TIME for your order, regardless of weather or not you go through the drive-thru, go inside to order, or order on the app, and possibly have it made wrong.

Barista didn't know what a macchiato was, even though it's on their menu so I had to pull it up on my phone off their website to show them it exists. Then I got one. Drink's well made, baristas could learn their menu better!
Giant Eagle products are great.However, things are getting much too expensive!

Barista was rude and short with myself and the 2 people before me. Noone seemed to acknowledge it but her customer service was lacking
Coffee tasted as if it was burnt. They do remove it from the heat putting it in thermos but it's still it's not a taste for me. McDonald's has better coffee than this place,and a quarter of the price.
