It was okay...we got pick up, server was very surly. Got my sides wrong, and my burger required reassembly when I got home. All in all not worth the money. Premium cost, with tip, McDonald's experience.Scratch that, usually have better service at McDonald's. Oh, and warmer food.

We ate here today for the first time in a long time and will probably never go back. My husband got the fish and chips for 15.99 with what i can only assume was the end of the bag of fish because the portion was ridiculously small. And with both entrees we each had about half an order of fries, also all small pieces like its the end of the bag. Manager never came over to see how everything was. Other than our server everyone else needed a lesson in customer service.(and this is coming from someone who has been in food service 20 years and has worked front of the house)

My daughters & I arrived to very few customers in the restaurant. We sat in the bar & were greeted by a kind bar tender. He was on his phone behind the bar after the initial greeting was complete. The mozzarella sticks were awful, over cooked & dry. The main plates arrived w the tiniest hamburger (Burger King burgers are bigger than the one I was served!) & ice cold fries. Daughters got wings & chips, all 4 bites (yes, only 4 boneless wings) were dry. Other daughter got very over cooked chicken strips. After the food arrived, no one came to check on us.Bad service. Horrible food & drinks were sub-par.Last time I eat there…..

Very good food very nice staff

Smothered bbq brisket chips- very little brisket or cheese on these, definitely not worth what they were charging for themwe ordered two bucket of bones in 2 different flavors and honestly i was disappointed in the experience very little meat on these "big ribs" and I wasn't blown away with the flavor.Wings were under cooked and chewy yuck.We came here for a experience but we both agreed that we wouldn't come out of our way for this place.Props to our waiter Friday night he was very attentive and genuine in his service.

I’ve never been to a RR before. But the restaurant in my hotel was closed as were several other restaurants nearby (April 2002)! I paid $20 for an average burger and cold, soggy, “fresh homemade chips”. They did replace the chips with a small order of fries, that were, again, average at best.

Just plain bad service. Bartender sat on her phone barely made eye contact, and was so dull. What’s worse was the manager came behind the bar and didn’t say one word about her being on her phone. We greeted her with smiles and stayed pleasant the entire time but this experience really test patience. Usually when you sit at the bar you would like to have a beverage, I was never even asked if I wanted one. Like I said very bad service. Food was good though. Thank you kitchen for saving this bad experience!

Cheese burger was excellent fries were awesome too. Our waitress was superb but I felt sorry for her cause she was doing 3 jobs.

Perfect place If you want a meal with the kids. The staff are always very friendly. The details make it work. Kid's menu has coloring activities, and there is a tablet on the table for paying so you don't have to wait around If the little ones are nearing their patience limit.

Must have visited when they were having a bad day! The place was physically cold, the food was just okay, service was almost non-existent.
