We were there on Sunday, the Cheddar Bay Biscuits were not all that great and it tasted very funny. Also, the soups were not all that great either, one was too salty and the other one did not have enough seasoning. The Chicken Tenders I had were cooked to perfection, so I will give them that. Please do a better job on the biscuits and the soups.
Ashley was the best server I've ever had at this red lobster. She made my 50th birthday feel very special today. I couldn't have asked for better service. Very attentive. Very kind. She gets 10 stars from us. Think I'm gonna start calling ahead to make sure she's working. Great hire Red Lobster. You finally have a great server. Never let her go.Thank you so much Ashley. It was close to closing time but our server acted as if we were the 1st customer to walking. Excellent service. And the food was excellent.
Ebani was our server she was absolutely wonderful... Made experience even more enjoyable sparkling personality.Husband had 2 lb lobster stuffed. I had crab legs . We had calamari teriyaki brussel sprouts clam chowder n lobster bisque dessert chocolate cake.. everything was absolutely amazing very good end to our horrible work week ?
About a twenty minute wait to get seated...the waitress didn't come for our drink order for at least 20 min...after we ordered it took another 30 minutes to get our food.. service was very slow... the food was great when we finally got it ..
Last night was the worst experience I've ever had at this location. I ordered the lobster lovers dream with a side salad and brussel sprouts, the noodles were very over cooked they were sticking together it was not creamy nor did it have any lobster in it like it has had in the past. My sister had the ultimate feast her shrimp was over cooked and the crab legs were water logged with no taste whatsoever
We were seated right away. Our server, Rondell, was outstanding! He told us it is his first day on the floor alone. He did not disappoint! He was very attentive, brought out our food in a timely manner & was very polite. He gets a 10/10 from us! And our meal was delicious! Very pleased with our experience there. We will be back! Hopefully Rondell will be our server again!
Such delicious food and wonderful waitresses
I ordered a chicken Caesar salad and a 1/2 dozen order of biscuits through Uber eats. The order came in a timely fashion however the salad left much to be desired. The chicken was bland looking and unappetizing (I ended up picking it all off), and I was given 2 side containers of Caesar dressing that were barley filled. Sadly it was hardly enough for a dinner salad. I also was given a container with exactly 4 croutons. Four. The biscuits were good once I reheated them. I tried to call while my order was processing to ask for extra dressing (as it wasn’t an option on the app). I talked to a person who put me on hold for almost 9 minutes before I realized my order was actually 5 minutes away…so I hung up.I’m a teacher so I 100% know the feeling of being overworked and underpaid…and I know how bad the restaurant industry has it right now, but my dinner was pretty sad.
