So I’ve been going to this pizza place ever since I’ve moved here to monroeville and they were amazing. The pizza was consistently good but now the consistency is gone. The quality really dropped like the sauce isn’t as flavorful, the crust is hard versus fluffy, and the cheese seems dry. It used to be great pizza and always my first choice. Now I only choose it cause it’s the closest one to my home and even then I’m not that thrill about it.UPDATE:I thought it was time to order from these guys again. It’s a very good redemption pizza ? Glad to be ordering from them again.
Ordered a half olive half cheese pizza. It was delicious, the cheese was nice and gooey, the sauce is perfect and crust is delicious. Overall I will be ordering over here more!
Pizza like cardboard (in flavor and texture). Soggy fries. Not the best, wouldn't go back.
Noticed employees handling phone money then not washing hands before handling food.I left and won't be back . Oh and as to your reply that you always wear gloves well thats just not true and when I voiced my concern I was told not to worry because the oven will kill any germs not the correct response. The worker should have said oh I'm sorry and washed their hands then made me new bread sticks
I love the food, always great; but what are we doing pre filling sauce containers? You can’t make these to order? I know this has been in the refrigerator, taken out and reheated. First bad experience I’ve had but I had to say something.

After an hour with slice life's customer service after an hour & a half wait, THEY told me the below. They said my order was received but never passed on to the kitchen. They said refund. They said the problem was fixed and the food was on the way. Not the restaurant. So who knows where the breakdown happened. No exaggeration, the following day I called the restaurant directly but their phone is faulty so it literally took 10 tries spanning 45min, they knew about the incident and phone, so my real issues are: poor communication, and the difficulty of ordering, both online and by phone.Original review:Said 45min, then an Hr, after 1-1\2hrs I called, they apologize, said they'd refund for the error & wait, and said they'd fulfill the order anyway as an apology. I worked 14hrs today, I haven't eaten, so I double checked so I didn't wait and miss them, they assured they were coming and apologized again. That was 1hr45min ago, it's 945pm, and I'm out $35 and don't get to eat today...
We just got a horrible pizza. We did not get the toppings we asked for, and several (onions, peppers, tomatoes) that we specifically indicated we did not want. The mushrooms are raw, the crust is undercooked-- just a piece of raw dough, and the pizza was cold.
From out of town ordered pizza they said 45 minutes or less. I came in 40 they forgot my ranch and I called 10min before they closed had another driver bring it to me. I appreciate honesty and good business. 4 thumbs up if I had them. Thank you..
Pizzas was good however it could use a little more sauce, however the wings were fabulous.
I tried Pizza Marsala for the first time today. It was recommended by my brother who lives in the area. Overall my experience was good. When I arrived the restaurant smelled amazing and it was clean. That is always a plus. I ordered pizza, 2 hoagies and the limited time appetizer breaded ravioli. Everything tasted delicious. They made my hoagies with my special request. My pizza was hot and fresh and the breaded ravioli was good too. Whenever I come back to the area I will definitely order again.
