Ok so we tried out the big dinner box at pizza hut in Monroeville on William Penn highway, I have to say it was really delicious all the employees were awesome. I also asked for our wings to be well done and that's just what they did with no problem at all our wings were so delicious, to be honest everything was delicious thank you Pizza Hut from the Taylor family, our movie night was awesome, keep up the hard work and thank you again see you soon ...
I was extremely disappointed yesterday when my mother went to pick up The Stuffed Crust Pizza and some guy on the front counter spoke to my mother very disrespectfully and we did not appreciate the service at all and that gentleman needs to learn how to show some respect for other people while they are placing orders from their phones instead of being irritated and getting an attitude with the people who are showing them how they ordered the food. Please show some respect for my mother and that attitude will not be tolerated through me or anyone else at all. We will not come back to this location ever again.
Keep calling about my wings before they delivered and someone keep hanging up.Wings be very wet and tried contacting store to run through the oven twice..

well the last couple times i went to this location the pizzas were not cooked well at all, not even done, its like throwing away money when you have to bake them at home for 15 minutes
Current employees are pretty nice and the pizza is good again. Very timely as well which I appreciate. (((For awhile is was the exact opposite but thankfully it is much better now.
The delivery drivers are always nice and the food is always good
I ordered 2 pizzas an 12 Lemon pepper wings. I am SO DISAPPOINTED. The wings had no seasoning on them. I ordered the butter garlic for the pizza crust. The crust was dry and flavorless and the toppings were skimpy on both pizzas. The only reason I gave them 2 stars is due to the delivery drive was excellent.
my order was right, hot, and ready when I got there. it was tasty too :)
Give me what i ordered. I ordered 2 tastemaker pan pizzas with pepperoni and recieved 2 hand tossed pizzas with sauce everywhere and gross pepperoni. This is not what i expected nor what i ordered. Charged me for pan crust and didnt recieve it. I dont think i will be returning to this store.
