Today was the worse… I ordered 2 thick slices. When they were brought to the table. One piece look like it was abused. Half the cheese was missing,, and both slices were just a little warmer then room temperature!! I was shocked but ate it anyway. The first piece was half decent and the second piece was abused. Half the cheese was missing but it tasted like. The cook ripped off the pepperoni to give me a plain piece… the sauce that was on it had that spicy taste!!! Nasty. I was having a bad day and new I shouldn’t say anything so I just ate it. Learned my lesson…. I love their pizza. And will go there again.. but next time. I will complain!! Just be careful if your allergic.
I don’t think that they teach customer service in this place. I grew up in Monroeville and LOVED Napoli. But just the attitude of the help acting like your bothering them is a good enough reason to move on. I work hard for my money and I’m not going to spend it at a place that treats you like they do. Step back, get a secret shopper, just do something to see what your counter help is like. It’s beyond pathetic
We’ve been getting Napoli’s Pizza for 25 years and it is absolutely the best in Monroeville, and for that matter, as good as any in the region. We occasionally will try other shops just to shake it up, but always come back to Napoli’s. Highly recommend the Sicilian pizza, although the Napolitano is great also. Pasta dishes, including spaghetti/meatballs are EXCELLENT. Great portions with their salads. Always very fresh. Great service. We’ve had the same delivery man for years and he’s awesome.
I ordered from Napoli for the first time yesterday. My daughter has eaten their pizza for years Our order was prompt It was delicious And the delivery man even brought a dog treat to keep the dog happy when answering the door Will definitely use them again
The pizza was watery the customer service was WORSE .You do know that customer service is important.Right ? If you don’t want to work there don’t all your doing is hurting the busines .
A local, small pizzeria that sells pretty decent pies. Prices are alright and they have more than just pizza: they also got pasta, calzone, Stromboli, and so on. I got to try the white pizza (Bianca) and the regular, plain cheese pizza. The cheese pie was a pretty good deal in my opinion, but not great. Large is around 16".For the Bianca, I thought it was on the oily side. Had lots of garlic, small chunks sprinkled around. It was still quite good. The tomatoes are quite sparse on this pie. And when you do taste them, they taste slightly off. They lack both color and flavor. The price was also not the greatest in my opinion. The cheese pizza is is NY style, with a moderately thin crust. Sauce is not distinct but not bad either. I enjoyed the pie, especially for the price. Now, the real 'issue' with the pie is the crust. It's got an odd sour taste to it in my opinion, so I did not enjoy it.Customer service is only okay. Not the best, but I did feel a bit rushed when ordering. It's a good spot to get pizza if you are shopping at Miracle Mile but don't expect much.

Has always been great pizza. They make it fresh. The place is very cozy to stay and eat. It has a unique taste. I recommend.
Expensive pizza & it came all watered down! Never ordering here again!!! Disgusting!
Best pizza in the east suburbs imo. Prices are reasonable and their consistency is unmatched.
