Extremely slow drive thru experience. In line nearly 25 minutes to get two items. Unforgivable!
Food is usually mild warm to barley warm definitely not hot enough. Everytime I get a quarter pounder the burger looks and tastes like it's been sitting there for a long while and to boot my bun more than half the time is kinda hard also taste like been sitting out . Why do I go back. Well my kid loves the happy meals what can I say.
The girl at the front window was very rude calling me “such a sweet treat” to which I replied thank you and to have a good day which lead to slamming the window and her running to the back like so in the second picture, she was very unprofessional, has been known to take credit card info and steal money from other people don’t trust your money here
This McDonald's is full of staff with great & quick customer service. Everyone was nice, the inside looks clean and the food was ordered and made quickly. Thanks!
Order wasn't accurate. Admittedly, we had a large order but wanted cheese only on the fish filet and got bacon added to it. Bacon was a $2 upcharge. When we noticed that, we told them before we got the food but got the filet with bacon and cheese. Ordered a vanilla shake, and that's how it was on the receipt and they handed me a chocolate shake. After we got home we noticed there was no toy in the happy meal. Would have rated this visit lower but the food we got was hot and fresh.
So glad the dining room was open. I cant take the mail truck thru drive thru. Everyone was very nice to me. Thank you all for being there. Stay safe.

One of the worst McDonalds ever! Everyone has an attitude, horrible customer service.

Since they ( an almost middle aged female straight brown hair mid length a bit robust with a nasty disposition gave us an unsweetened tea instead of sweetened as we ordered, the drive thru person thought to add a bunch of extra granulated sugar to the replacement sweetened tea even though it was no big deal to just switch it out with what we ordered. I took it back to show management and got our money back. But before I did a male 'manager' with what I can only guess was condiments stuck in his facial hair acted like he couldn't hear me even with his head sideways through the drive-up window being all extra and wanted me to remove my face mask. Everyone else could hear me as I was speaking in a sufficient loudness. This is just one more example and one more day in the life of why a person works at McDonald's in the 1st 2nd and 3ed place.
