The product like everything else in this world today has become extremely small and the prices are off the hook I paid just under $6 for a quarter pounder with cheese and the french fries were horrible they tasted like they were cooked in old oil and sat for a while and had too much salt on the service well they get paid too much for the little bit they do I used to love McDonald's but I won't go there anymore
Picture this....April 2022....Monroeville.Concession at the convention center was almost a 2 hour wait for a bogus hotdog. We walked out. Got in our car. Drover 15 seconds to Mickie D's and had the most amazing fresh HOT fries and burgers. And an amazing view from the 2nd floor eatery. #KUDOS **BTW we would have walked to <2 mins> MD but the weather was very unforgiving.
We were waiting for someone to get off of the bus and needed to waste time.So we got in line (which had about 7 cars there already) and waited in total about 14 minutes.All we ordered was a Caramel frappe and a large fry.The frappes were working unlike a few days prior, yet the fries tasted like they had been sitting. They were barely warm and stale.The reason we did not turn around to get the order corrected was because 1. We had to get our person and 2. There was another line that had formed.

So went through drive through ordered large meal they gave me a medium fry that was half full when I called to speak with the manager she was rude unprofessional and swore at me. In my opinion this woman needs more training and doesn't deserve to be a supervisor. Also this store treats customers as if they are an inconvenience.
I was very pleased with the drive-thru service today! On Jan. 2, 2022, I ordered my breakfast food at the drive-thru. First of all, I was pleased to find out, it cost less than the food at another McDonald's. Also, the cars moved through the lanes quickly. Third, the drive thru workers were pleasant and courteous, qualities you don't often witness in fast food dining. Finally, I was pleased that my order was correct. This is something that is supposed to happen, but often doesn't. Management and their employees are doing their job well!
On this particular day, everything was good. Can't really count on that to be true every time.
The drive-thru is always too long anymore, I've given up waiting the last 3 times I've entered. The last time I got thru and got my order the food seemed like it had been sitting longer than it should have. If you're in Monroeville and really want McD's go to the one on Northern Pike.
I usually never have any problems here. My hashbrown was not hot & my bagel was hard. I asked for a round egg instead of the folded egg & still was given the folded egg. Very disappointed!!!
Hard to know what their actual hours are as they often have signs up saying that they’re closing early. Ordered food today and was cut off before my order was completed. Wanted to add my item at the window and the girl was rude about it. Maybe you should let customers complete their orders…?
