My first thought when bit into the House Burger was wow! It most definitely delivers on flavor. The burger was super fresh and cooked perfectly. The brisket was ridiculously tender and the pulled pork was delicious. The onion rings added a nice crispy touch and the bun was the perfect match for this massive burger. It was a bit expensive but truly worth it. I most definitely recommend.
Stopped in today for lunch. We ordered the trinity. Baby back ribs, pulled pork and burnt ends, Collared greens and cornbread casserole. The staff was very friendly and the food was amazing!!!! For every meal purchased a donation is made that feeds three children. I love that❤️ We will definitely be back.
We had the Trinity with baby back ribs, smoked sausage, and brisket burnt ends. The meat was all really good and the sauce that came with it was delicious. Portions were great, too, just enough for 2 adults. We had coleslaw and mac & cheese for sides. Coleslaw was the best we've had around here. The mac & cheese was a little salty, but the black pepper seasoning was great. Overall, excellent quality, friendly service, great price! We'll be back!
The crew that works at this place is very nice to deal with. Now the food, we got brisket and pulled pork. The brisket was not very easy to chew, seems like it was not slow cooked long enough. The pulled pork seemed rather mushy and did not have much flavor.The sauces they give are tasty, the hot sauce had an excellent tang to it.I may try them again in the future, who knows. Seems like a lot of people love this place so maybe they just had a bad day.

I finally decided to try holy smokes for the first time today. I ordered the trinity and got pulled pork, brisket, and ribs, I also ordered an order of fries with cheese. Everything was delicious but the ribs were definitely my favorite they are seasoned and you can take the smoky flavor no sauce is needed. We will definitely be returning
This place has really decent BBQ! I drive 30 minutes to get their food. Ordered there today online but when I arrived my meal wasn't ready at time specified. It was an extra 15 min wait. But they made up for it over and above what they had to do to make me satisfied! Staff was very nice! I definitely recommend this place if you want good BBQ!! Thanks again!!
Awesome. The meats are off the hook!. Ribs are succulent and flavorful. The crust on the brisket is amazing. They manage to get that great smokey flavor into just about everything, including the sides. Cornbread casserole and the beans with huge chunks of brisket in them are true culinary treats. Reasonably priced and super friendly and helpful staff!
The ribs were delicious!!! Also, Jonathan, Sal and Gabe were awesome when we picked up our order!!
We had Holy Smokes BBQ for the first time this evening and it was amazing!! The brisket, burnt ends and ribs were delicious! We will definitely be back!
