I just recently had one of their Italian hoagie it was so good, fresh & delicious bun, yes, you definitely need a yummy bun or the rest is not good! plenty of meats & cheese, with a pickle on the side with potatoe chips..I enjoyed it. I will be back..
Food was delicious! Cozy atmosphere on restaurant side. Smoking permitted on bar side. Typical beer and wine selection. Reasonably priced. Will definitely be coming back. Thanks Candy, you have a great place!
This is a pretty small restaurant/bar that has surprisingly good food. It’s certainly geared for older clientele. They have a nice menu with some good old fashioned cooking.
My lunch was good. Had bratwurst with sauerkraut and the potato pancakes were nice and crispy.
I've eat here a few times now and food is always delicious and quick to come out of the kitchen. Had my first time sitting at the bar and they keep Guinness on tap which is huge for me. Very clean and well organized. Friendly workers and patrons.
We both has the fish, it was good, but when the sign said award winning fish, again it was good. I thought it would be battered, it was not. Waitress was super attentive and very friendly. Would we go back, yes because now we know what to expect.
Food was great, the portions on the fish is huge! My only complaint is that our server was not masked and physically took my glass off the table to go to the wait station and refill it without getting a new glass. This may seem like a minor nitpick, but in today's health climate I would have preferred the wait staff not to handle my drink ware after I was actively using it, and especially not walk away with it and come back with the same glass.
Very friendly waitstaff. Food was great. Mostly fresh, homemade items on menu. Seating in bar area or in a separate dining area. Nice atmosphere. Felt comfortable to be in. Definitely a thumbs up.
Where do I start? Cole Slaw was tasteless and the worst I have ever had in my life. Wedding Soup for 7 bucks for tiny bowl or 5 for a cup?, Soup was cold and unimpressive, had better out of a can. I am being nice at 2 stars this place needs alot of help, severely overpriced and terrible, no other way to slice it.
