What is going on with this place? In one week, went there w the fam twice. First time the waitress disappeared and came back a half hour later. This time we couldn't get a waitress - place was slow 3/4 other families inside. No soup bowls, no silverware. Been eating there for years but finally done with it. Place appears to be run by high school kids from the hood nowadays. Terrible service both times. I've learned my lesson and it appears many other residents have as well. Sad.
Very small salad bar. Less verity. Only 2 types of soups and chicken soup was really salty. Mushy looking fruit. Pasta salad was tasteless. Could not find anything to go for a second plate! But it was $11.99/person! Regretted the $30 we spent here today! Will never go back. Sorry!
I had a very good experience at Eat N Park here in Monroeville. I had the cream of broccoli soup which was very tasty. Also ordered the grilled chicken sandwich which was delicious. Service was great. After having a long drive from out of town I needed a good quick meal that wasn’t fast food and I wasn’t disappointed.
Terrible service and food was not cooked properly…messed my mothers day morning up.. I will never ever come here again
They mess my order up twice. Now one is paying attention now a days. Just for the food to be horrible. I will never support y'all again. I gave y'all a second chance just for you to have workers that don't pay attention. Then we got to pay for food y'all messed up. Sad y'all are horrible. Even the manager.
This location falls between a 3 and a 4.Advice when ordering whale of a cod, people. This is what was given to my family for dinner tonight. It looks like the buns were smashed by a pin roller. There’s no way a bread company makes bread like this unless it’s pita or something. They were almost totally flat. When we told the server, she said her manager said that the distributor sent those instead of the normal buns. Could even give us a heads up or a burger bun? Really? How can you bring yourself to serve this pitiful mess. ? The server even said she thought they looked weird when taken out of the window, yet she didn’t point it out or give us the option of a burger bun, which would make total sense. In the third picture, look at what they advertise…not EVEN close. What a joke.
Ordered the country fried steak dinner for takeout. Very disappointed. Steak was tough like leathers and they forgot my garlic toast. Thought I would give them a try since I always get it at Dennys..Guess I will continue.
Salad bar usually satisfies all the food groups we enjoy. Pig out on black olives if you want to. Soup, preferred veges, and also dessert items available. Cheap and good.
