This place is absolutely awful. The middle aged blonde woman who’s supposedly a manager must truly hate her job because it shows in her godawful, lazy attitude. And the staff follows her lead. Avoid this dump.
Not sure of her name. Was there at drive through at 9 this morning. (Wednesday) just wanted to say the girl at the window was so super friendly and had a fantastic attitude. I wish drive throughs at every restaurant had employees this friendly.
The place has poor acoustics this making it very noisy inside. Unlike pre-covid, there are no stirrers and other essentials sitting out.
Stopped by to grab coffee and snacks for colleagues at my office. I was very impressed with the selection, friendliness, and speed of service. The Donuts were very fresh, and the coffee delicious and hot!
This location is a disgrace. I pulled in a 1230pm on 5/6/2022 to be told we aren't selling food today. No signs to indicate this on any entrance way or the sign at the ordering post. Most of the time they just don't have common items or they can't complete an order correctly. It's a shame I cant rate you lower but 1 star is the lowest. This place is a disgrace
Asked for frosted donuts basically received plain donuts with sprinkles. You would think there was a frosting shortage.
Pastry was totally sound out by 2pm. Good for business not so much for the customer. Frozen coffee very refreshing as usual.
You don't want to use the drive-thru. Takes forever. And they can't update on the app for anything they don't have. Second time this has happened to me.
They’re all kids which is problematic for a number of reasons. Most a fairly nice but I’ve come more than once to order items and they don’t know what I’m ordering so they literally punch in anything on the screen. Individually, it’s not their fault, provide them with better training. But, this location always has an incredibly long drive thru wait, drinks usually aren’t made correctly. It’s really hurt or miss. It’s central to the rest of the wm penn highway shopping, but I don’t recommend this location at all.
