Nasty soggy wings and my gluten free pizza had about 10 total toppings. I was supposed to be full of onions olives and mushrooms. Yes the picture is only half, I added my own toppings for my hungry belly on the other. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!
Forgot to send things in our order than won't answer the phone. I understand accidents happen. But you'd think a business would answer the phone I've tried 6 times not a single answer. That's 6 calls that could have been to place an order. Update. Still no answer have called everyday since. Terrible. Will never order from this place again!
Ordered a pizza with sausage, onions and mushrooms and one with pepperoni. Received two with the sausage and none with pepperoni. Tried calling. On the 4 th call they finally answered, the man was rude, sighed and hung up on me. Called two more times and got them to answer again. He said she would give me a free pizza for the next time. I said I wanted the order corrected now. Nope, they can’t do it. I drove up there and he again tried to offer me free “for next time”. I finally made him understand I wanted it now, waited for it to be made, burned! Do not go to this Dominos location. Awful pizza, nasty attitude.
ordered at 9 pm didn't get food til after 10 p.m. multiple items were missing from my order. called multiple times and they never answered the phone. days later and out money from not getting a refund and having to spend even more money to get drinks for everyone. shame on this dominos.
I am really disappointed. It is unfortunate, I have had good experiences here but you can’t count on it. I spent $45, asked for well done and everything was cold and uncooked. They didn’t give us everything either. I tried to call and no one will answer the phone. It is supposed to be open for 2 more hours. I doubt I order from here again.
First time trying Domino's Pizza in Monroeville, I have to say it really was delicious the cook did a great job. I know where to come grab a pizza and it's not to far from home ...
I had an order for delivery and the order never showed up. The tracking on the website said completed but I never received it. I called multiple times and they hung up on me with no answer. I tried contacting corporate and no luck getting through. I tried calling a week later and was hung up on again with no answer. I would like my money back but I can’t get a hold of anyone from the store.Extremely frustrating and disappointing experience.
My family usually orders from this Dominoes in Monroeville. We always place our order online and pickup at the store. We love the pizza but it always seems they forget something. One time they forgot to include the extra sauces I ordered. Another time they gave me someone else's order. I noticed when I was leaving the store that there should have been three boxes but they had given me only two. Another time they just totally forgot about me. I had stopped in too early and my pizzas weren't out of the oven yet. They asked if I could have a seat and they would call me when they were done. I sat for 30 minutes without anyone mentioning they were finished. When I went up to ask if they were finished they said they came out of the oven about 30 minutes ago. smh. If you order from here, my advice is to check and recheck your order.
Friendly staff, but... Well, the pizza is pretty standard Domino's fare: greasy, somewhat bland, but still able to give you heartburn for hours.
They delivered the wrong order then they just never answered to fix the problem
