This is the second time that I've been there and the person behind the bar was very rude. I went there to get a $100 gift card and waited almost 10 mins before I was acknowledged. A lady walked in behind me and the waiter immediately went to her although clearly he could see me standing there. I said politely that I was there before her and he immediately raised his voice and said "everyone is going to wait!" So rude and so uncalled for I walked out without getting the gift card. Will gladly spend $100 somewhere else where they are polite to their customers.
Nice ambience, polite staff. The food was average, pretty flavorless and smallish portions ( ordered the ravioli special) Wife ordered pasta with vodka sauce. Also not BAD but also not good. Pasta a little over cooked for her tastes ( I know this is an opinion, but it was sooooft) and the sauce, much like mine was lacking in the flavor department. Also a small annoyance was the table bread served was cold and the butter to spread was even colder.
This is a review for THIS visit because previous visits are typically 4- or 5-stars. They were NOT on their game tonight. Calamari appetizer was cold and rubbery. Replacement was fresh. Everyone at our table (eight people) received their dinner but me. Waitress said it was on its way (three times). By the time my meal arrived, the rest of the table was close to finishing. It was fine, I didn't mind. My salmon was a little burned on the outside and cool / raw in the middle. Sent it back and asked them to just finish cooking it and just box it to go. When I got home, the salmon was now overcooked, dry and hard. Me thinks it just wasn't my night. Because of the problems at the table, they did comp us all a quart of wedding soup... But, our anniversary dinner did not go as planned. We'll try again in a few months.
Best Italian restaurant I've been to yet. The sauce is my favorite by far!
At DeNunzio’s today I had the zucchini fritti appetizer. It was enough for three people. Delicious. I had a salad with the house Italian dressing. It was very good. The homemade spaghetti with one meatball was my main course. It was tasty. I got it with the tomato sauce. The service and atmosphere was fabulous. I recommend DeNunzio’s to everyone.
Highly disappointed with my recent order! As you can see from the photos their website shows a delicious Buffalo Chicken hoagie. Reality is shown by my picture on the right of a horribly dry chicken patty on a hamburger bun. This is clear deceptive practices and they should be held accountable.
Had a wonderful meal. Steak was prepared perfectly. Our waitress was attentive and accommodating. A wonderful place to celebrate a birthday.
I haven't been there for 10 years. Now during the pandemic, none of the staff, cook and workers there wore a mask. I wore the mask the whole time except during eating. Luckily there were very few people there so we stayed since it is a good social distance. One of the male bald/shaved head waiters with a red beard came too close to our table by a few inches. I asked him politely to stand back a few feet due to not wearing the mask. He quickly rudely said, I'll get another waiter. The waitress who took his place stood back 6 feet and she was in a wonderful and polite manner. The 1 stars are for the first poor male waiter service and not wearing the mask and not being social distance but the food was decent and tasty as always. This is one of the few establishments not wearing the mask, very disappointed with them for not respecting other human beings' health and their own.
Extravagant/Ridiculous Prices for Mediocre Ragu Italian Food!Online ordering/pick up prices and website prices are different. I’m not talking a dollar or two, they are charging $9 more! So, I’m stupid enough to pay $27.50 for a Chicken Parm dinner but I’m expecting something great…nope. They messed up my order, sent wrong sides and the sauce tastes like Ragu or canned pasta sauce. Chicken might as well have been frozen. Lobster ravioli was cheaper than chicken parm (go figure) but absolutely disgusting. Unacceptable and Terrible. pass this place up, just a rip off.
Requested a delivery of a catering order for grilled chicken salad and wedding soup as I wasn't able to deliver it myself. The staff was able to arrange delivery and respond to my request within minutes! The recipients were extremely impressed with the quality and quantity of food they received! Grateful for the great service, particularly during these difficult times with staffing issues, shortages, etc. Highly recommend!!!
