It's definitely improved since I was last in! Drive thru has sped up some, but it's still almost certainly underpaid and understaffed, and those ladies do the best they can, so if you are short on patience, this is probably not the best choice. If however nothing but an Oreo blizzard will do, and you dont mind a bit of a wait, this DQ is fine!
Went to get a sweet treat tonight. The kids there were busting their humps to get through the VERY long lines that were both inside & at the drive thru. HOWEVER the older man (I’m guessing the manager) was just hanging out in the back twiddling his thumbs not lifting a finger. Was in there for over 15 mins (not the kids fault it was just so busy) & I did not see him prepare or help with one single item. Good job to the teenagers tonight, to the grown man…. Maybe you could learn from their work ethic?
Went to this one literally not that long ago to get two double cheeseburger meals, the lady at the window was rude & talking about how she “isn’t doing this anymore”. We then got our food pulled off and began to eat when my boyfriend pulled a long black piece of hair out of his mouth (meanwhile I have dyed ginger hair) when then went back to try and get a new sandwich & the same lady gave us an issue and said nobody there had black hair as we witnessed a young dark skin lady with BLACK braids walk by, we continue to ask for a new sandwich, not even a refund… she then had another employee hand it to us and she went outside and as we pulled off she yelled and said “ yea, and don’t come back” when we called and asked for a manager SHE SAID SHE WAS THE ONE ON DUTY, she needs fired IMMEDIATELY
Dairy Queen is my baby!!! I love all things ice cream I do miss the other place on northern pike only because they made cotton candy dilly bars and I sorely miss them please consider making them at this location please!
Went there on 2/27/22. My friends daughter ordered burger combo meal. She said food was good.
Always very place and great food and service.
