I was the only customer in the store. I stood at the counter waiting for one of the 5 people standing in the kitchen to wait on me. No one ever came to wait on me so I left.
Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced! Every single employee looked miserable and seemed like they absolutely hated their job! I was ordering my food and there was clearly a big piece of meat from a previous order in the sour cream, the employee scooped it right up and put in my bowl! She could of removed it or scooped around it! I peacefully paid for my meal and left but will not be returning and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone! Food quality was garbage!
This Chipotle is not it.I order 5 burrito bowls.All of them were skimp on everything. Mine was supposed to have extra and it was a regular serving at best.When I lived in Manhattan there was a chipotle right down from my building on 1st and 14th.Every time we got a regular burrito bowl we couldn’t eat it all.This bowl I ordered was easy to finish.I ordered the chili salsas on two of them, wasn’t there. There was nothing written on the lids to differentiate.Ordered two burrito bowls without chili salsaTwo with green chili salsaAnd 1 with guacamole, chili salsa, and none of those badly chopped fajita veggies.That’s three different kind and not a single thing written on the lids.I’m so glad I lived overseas for years and know what good service and quality are.Never again. Can’t wait to go back overseas. I’ll cook for myself until then.$76 dollars for half of what we should’ve gotten and couldn’t be even slightly bothered to put the which is which on the lids.
Was 8pm and they didn't have any veggies. They still had a few hours of business to be open and they wouldn't make no veggies!! The serving area was full of spilled product in and around the area of location. There was mixing of products and they didn't correct that situation either! The servers were very nice, just the entire place didn't have integrity and get up about it. Food was still very good and flavorful. No complaints in that area!!
By far the dirtiest Chipotle I've experienced. We went inside to place an order that we planned to eat there until we saw how dirty the tables, floors, counters, the prep area! The beverage area was out of most all drinks, Ice machine broken. The "kids" working there were annoyed to wait on customers. There were at least 8 employees supposedly working. They have NO pride in their work and it showed. It doesn't take much to clean up your prep area. There was food smeared, dripped and scattered all over. Needless to say, we asked to be refunded and left. We will never go back there.
The staff was delightful: friendly, polite, and apologetic. Sadly, there was a lot to apologize for. Both bathrooms were out of order. The food line was missing steak, vegetables, and sour cream. There was no more. There wasn't change for people who didn't want to use a card. These problems were not an anomaly; it was just the a four-strike day.
This is the absolute worst chipotle store out there. They never have all of the ingredients in stock, specifically the fajita vegetables, despite offering them in the online ordering app. They don’t answer the phone ever when you call to see if something is available. They refuse to make some items off of the menu. I’ve never had these problems at another location but they are consistently occurring at this location.
I want to love this place because the food is always tasty, but i just can’t anymore. This particular location of Chipotle is in shambles. It’s always extremely messy and filthy with food scrappings all over tables, the area where they serve, and overflowing trash cans. To make matters worse they never get my order right, and when they do it is ICE COLD. If the chicken was actually hot when they put it in my bowl, cold lettuce should not be enough to make the chicken and rice cold to it’s core. I’m going to be blunt and just say this place sucks. You can’t even blame Covid either because it’s not a staffing issue, it’s a carelessness issue. No one cares there. If you raise a concern or ask a question they treat you like you’re stupid. Awful place to eat.
I ordered a burrito bowl with chorizo, carnitas, black beans, cheese, green salsa and veggies. This is what I got. A spoonful (maybe) of meat, no veggies, no cheese, no salsa and no carnitas. The restaurant was entirely out of chips (ok, things happen) and told me to go online and ask for a refund there was nothing they could personally do. Absolutely disgusting inside, food all over the floors, absolutely filthy. Such a disappointment.
This place used to be good but it's been filthy the last 2 times I went. I'm done I can't anymore... When you pull up the garbage is just sitting by the dumpster. Get inside and order its food all between the condiment containers. I've seen them get swapped out and not wipe them when it's time for a new one. Rice was hard 2/2 times. Chicken both times was very spicy like the only season used was the pepper ? and nothing else. Pop machines never have ice or pop. Tables are always dirty. Yup they fell all the way off at this location!
