Love it here but definitely frustrating with how long the drive through is lately. Sadly because of winter and bad weather they can’t operate with both drive thru lines or the curbside but hopefully once the weather warms up they make that a priority to get people in and out faster. Regardless I will still wait and they shouldn’t get a bad review for this, the employees are nothing but friendly and accommodating. Rarely forget items or mess up food. Thanks!

I hear about this place being so detail oriented and known for it's customer service. Well, I must have caught them on a bad day or something. Ordered cheese on my sandwich. Didn't get it. Had to walk in the rain to tell them on the inside because the drive through line was outrageous. Asked for cheese. Got a cold hard piece of cheese... with a smile though. They are very pleasant when they hand you terrible food. I guess that's something
I had a great experience with a worker going through drive through. I tried the new smokehouse BBQ bacon sandwich with Mac n cheese it was pretty delicious! :) A worker under the name Kristen recommended I’d try her fav the chicken tortilla soup I got it and it was delicious as well! Thanks for the fast and great service :)
My only complaint about this Chick-fil-A is they don’t offer curbside pickup through the app, yet they have curbside pickup parking spots…They openly advertise curbside pickup however this location doesn’t have it for whatever reason, would love for this to be addressed.
Absolutely phenomenal, we came in at 8:45 on the dot they gladly took our order & even gave us extra fries for them being out of Mac n cheese (which is my absolute favorite by the way) as I was walking to my car they came out with extra Mac n cheese! I was thrilled. We literally love you guys!!!! Best chic fil la around. They were so sweet & so nice. You made our night!!
I generally don’t complain but today I am. I love the service even with covid going on the line goes fast and smooth. But today after leaving and driving 20 min home I noticed my whole car seat was wet because the lid to my lemonade wasn’t even remotely on the whole way && spilled all over my BRAND NEW 2 month old car. I’m very very upset bc that’s now something I will have to pay to get taken care of because someone couldn’t just check their work. Not cool guys. Thanks.
In the drive thru as i write this review..Been here for 45 minutes. The 1st lane moved 20 cars for every one car the 2nd lane moved. We finally got our order in, My food says it’s ready and it’s been 15 mins since then. Awful.
The only fast food I will eat. They run this place like a well oiled machine. Food here is always fresh and good.
Haven't been to Chick-fil-A in many many years but my hubby and I finally broke down and made our way thru the hell maze and turns out it wasn't that bad and the staff was super nice helpful and quick with the food. They made the whole thing worth it and food was awesome and hot!!!
