EXCELLENT!!! The service, food, and restaurant were perfect. HIGHLY recommend the pancakes. I think I could drink the batter with a straw... :)LOTS of accessible parking. Women's Restroom has an accessible stall.
Must have been an off day at Bob Evans in Monroeville. Ordered family meal of turkey and dressing with sides of mashed potatoes and coleslaw. We had to throw the coleslaw away because it was so awful. Didn’t taste anything like their usual recipe. Disappointing. We are usually very pleased. Also, it sure would help if the employees would smile and at least pretend that they enjoy their job. Especially after they surpassed the pick up time by 15 minutes
I've never been more impressed by a manager. I didn't catch his name but he has a glorious beard and noticed so many little things, half full coffee cups, the sun being in our eyes, a dropped fork or crayon. He fixed everything without us needing to ask, was very friendly and had an adorable conversation with our 3 y.o. about her stuffed pig. Seriously, this gentleman could 100% be working in fine dining...that's how good he is.
Went with a party of 7, seated relatively quickly. But once we got our drinks, our sever didn't come back to even ask if we wanted refills. Currently waiting almost 40 minutes for service. Still no food. 0/10, place is trash.
Breakfast was very good and very appreciative Bob Evens acknowledges Military Discount. One of the few in the entire city of Pittsburgh Pennsylvania. I don't know why other restaurants don't have respect for our US Military in this city.Retired US Marine Corps
Ate lunch there today. Waitress was nice and food come fast. But that’s it. The place was FILTHY. The kitchen looked nasty (which I didn’t notice until I went to pay my bill). Ordered the honey chicken and biscuits with eggs and potatoes…..burnt to hell, chicken was burnt and rubber and potatoes were overdone and dry (I never send food back because I know what they can do to it). Bathroom was OMG gross. I will never go back.
Great breakfast, but took forever to get our food. Then you pat at counter and there was a guy ordering take out in front of us taking forever. Was a whole lot of waiting there.
Ordered carry out. Order was correct and everything tasted good.However, I ordered a pot roast sandwich and it was very poorly put together. One half of the sandwich was great. The other half is in the attached photo.

Service was great! The food.....was another. My chicken was tough as leather. Had a very strange taste. Did not eat it after the first couple bites.
