Manager wouldn’t honor my coupon THAT I PHYSICALLY SHOWED HIK ON MY PHONE and didn’t have a real reason or explanation as to why he couldn’t honor my coupon. Went here a few days before ( told the manager about that) and one of the girls that work there a few days before honored my other coupon and said they get those text coupons all the time. Manager was rude to me had a bad attitude and refused to honor my coupon. Didn’t have a specific location on the coupon. The guy before him who works there told me to click redeem. Once you click redeem it has a 5 minute timer on the coupon then the coupon expires and is no longer good. The guy before the manager also told me he himself would still honor my coupon. The other guy went and told the manager about the coupon. I’m never coming back. They just lost my service.
Rediculous price hike on they're pretzels almost makes you feel like your buying a bar of gold no thanks for 14$ worth of pretzel and drink and forget about asking for cheese if you want to keep an extra dollar

I love auntie Anne's pretzels but this location sucks. Ran out of cinnamon sugar pretzels and wouldn't make anymore and the mall closed at 8:45 and it was 7 pm. What... Both locations were like this.
