Been sitting in this line for about 15 mins before it even moved wasn’t even at the order screen yet. I get they might be short staffed but doing one order at a time? Is a bit ridiculous does it really take that long to cook one meal? The guy taking the orders was so rude barley spoke English soda was flat fried had no salt chicken nuggets burnt this is why I don’t go to Wendy’s anymore this one or the one on chi ave food is never good anymore lines are long and you wait forever just overall done with Wendy’s

Never seems to be too busy unlike the Wendy's in Chi. Always get my order correct.

Standard Wendy's fare. Maybe we caught them at a bad time but the drive thru was incredibly slow. We gave up and left.

I ordered a salad. Normally the ingredients are fine but just over a week ago, I didn’t see till I reached my destination that the lettuce was wilted and the cheese was so molded it had turned blue and fuzzy. Due the chicken being warm, the molded cheese had melted onto it. Nothing was salvageable. I promptly sent an email to corporate filing a complaint and requesting a refund, and it’s been two+ weeks with no answer. I was not provided a receipt so I couldn’t go back to the store. Will never go here again. Would drive the extra mile to go to Wawa.

I delivered from there for door dash and I noticed they like to leave people at the order menu without serving them for 10-20 minutes if you don't say anything. I can't tell you how many times I got to the second window and multiple people would ask me what I got and forget about me. It's a complete mess. I understand being understaffed, but this was a very strange experience.

I generally have good experiences at this location. However, the last time I visited, my fries were so cold. I stopped in for lunch and didn't have time to go back. The rest of my order was fine though..... I ordered the 4 for 4.

The Food is always fresh. The dining area is kept clean. The employees are friendly and helpful.

My meal was $18 I asked to take the remaining funds of a gift card off $8 and to pay the rest in cash. I handed the cashier a $20 bill. The cashier then returned my receipt with no change. I asked her where the change was and she responded the system didn’t prompt her to give me change. I asked for the manager. The “general manager” Mandy came to the window with an attitude rolling her eyes as I’m explaining the situation as if I myself did the transaction wrong. I asked her was she the manager just for clarification. She said yep I’m the general manager and closed the window as if I wasn’t in the middle of a sentence.

Management Cierra is very rude i was their at 9:50 this morning waiting at the speaker in which you order through know one said anything. I can see one car ahead of me.I spoke atleast 3xs in which their was no response.I then lightly tapped my horn.I assumed maybe they were using the restroom.Finally a lady yelled you can just drive off because were not taking your order. I was shocked I'm like they didn't just do that.It was a rough morning just coming from a 6am chemotherapy appointment and my dad wanted a breakfast sandwich.I then called the store.I asked for the manager,who answered while in the middle of talking to the employee. She answered and said did the pay yet.I asked can i speak to the manager, she says i am the manager I explained what happened, she said its common since to not beep the horn.I asked for the employee's name. She said employee.I explained i needed because im calling corporate she said do as you may and hung up.This is the the 3rd time i waited in a line and they didn't answer.I'm beginning to think they milk the clock or just dont want to make more sandwiches close to cut off.
