My friend's wedding was catered by Wayside just last night. The staff were awesome and the pork was spot on!!!I love having this little market just down the road from our home. When I was young I'd visit my grandmother in Buffalo and remember loving the corner markets. Wayside reminds me of those markets, local and family run.
Wayside Market is an absolute gem. Pretty much any meal from the menu is a winner. Coffee and baked goods available a-la-carte, their desserts are amazing, and there are even to-go meals to heat up later. Conveniently they also have ice and some in-the-moment groceries like milk available too. Love this place. Definitely check it out!!!

The hoagies and cheese steaks are amazing. I grew up in delco and love my hoagies. I had the opportunity to have first a hoagies then a cheese steak from here and I was truly amazed. The meat and rolls were fresh and high quality as well as the fixings. I hadn't had a hoagie this good in over 20 years. I highly recommend this place.
Just moved to Media a couple months ago. Wayside has always been good these first few times my family has had them. But I just had one of the best turkey hoagies I have ever had! Had to write a review it was that good. Great sandwiches!
We have been going here for quite a few years because of the freshness and quality of the food. They are offering a great chicken or ham dinner for Easter. We have already placed our order.
I’ve been going here for over 30 years and love this place. Most comments are accurate. Most of their food is very good and reasonably priced. The Lenten specials are a mixed bag. The Teriyaki Salmon over mixed greens ($12.99) was excellent. But the fish and chips ($12.99) was not. You can get the same two very small filets and small fries at Wendy’s for half the price. We’lI still be back as this is still a great place and the owners are good people.
A bit Expensive.The people are nice & polite. I picked up a clam shell of cookies. The box was a bit flimsy & it slipped out of my hands. They didn't charge me. It was a nice place, & we will stop by the next time we go that way.
