Not always consistent on the amount of ingredients, that mostly affects the quesadillas. Otherwise it tastes great, it's fast and the price point is fair. And YES, it is better than chipotle... Waaaaay better!
Food is good, but not as much of a value as Moe's or Qdoba. There are things that are considered extra there that come standard at the other places. I had a bowl, some chips and salsa and a drink. This was more expensive than the other places, and the choices were more limited. While it's good, the deal is not.
The staff was SUPER friendly, but the food was just ok. I enjoyed the queso and guac, but the beans and rice in my bowl were just ok. I got the last scoop of carnitas and it was SO salty i didn't eat it. Probably won't be back since I literally had to pass Chipotle and Qdoba to get here ?♀️
Love the food! Always fresher then their competition and fresh pressed dough! Can't beat it!
I ordered a burrito and it was luke warm at best. Although it didn’t taste bad I was still disappointed. My girlfriend ordered 2 tacos and they were also luke warm. As soon as we grabbed our food to take the first bite the tortillas fell apart and everything fell out and made a mess. Staff were friendly and place was clean but the food could have been a lot better.

Pancheros has always been my favorite of the burrito places.And the people at this particular pancheros are always so cool. I make it a point to actually stop in here cuz the people are so nice.
I stopped in here cause I had a mailer with a free burrito. I’ve never been here before. The first guy was friendly and asked me what I wanted. Warmed a fresh tortilla up. Some black beans/rice/steak/queso/lettuce and corn salsa. The last was the top off. Got chips and salsa as well with medium verde salsa. The crew were friendly and upbeat and I needed a pick me up. Super personable. The food was awesome. All of it. I don’t eat Mexican a lot but this is now my go to. I literally ate everything. Absolutely worth the ride…not that I live far. Try them out. The crew are really great and the dining area is warm and inviting but burritos and chips and salsa were great. And I’ve had them from all the chains and all over the country. Bob
The place is very disorganized and don’t waste your time ordering online, because the estimated time will be very off, leading it to be faster to just order in person.They also go very light on portion sizes, even though I paid for double chicken. The food is basically flavorless, lacks seasoning, and the chicken is beyond dry. This is my third time trying this location and it is safe to say I won’t be back.To make matters even worse I found a WHOLE CHICKEN BONE in my food. This place needs to simply be shut down.
Man cooking in the back is very rude and shouldn’t be working around people. He was making fun of the manager in front of guests and we thought he was making fun of us at first. When we would ask her a question he would repeat everything she said and we said in a weird voice. Very unprofessional. The food was subpar he needs to focus more on cooking rather than making fun of people.
