The food was amazing, our waitress was nice; however, the one bus boy need more training. He was extremely rude and it was evident he didn't want to be there working. We didn't let it bother our evening, but it should be addressed.
Very sad food at high prices. Waitstaff were inattentive - we did not even get water for 20 minutes even though they came by the table twice. They tried to give us the check too early (while we were still actively eating) and then disappeared. I had to go find them for the check. The only thing good was the cannoli.
Can I give less than 1 star? I came here with a group of friends for dining under the stars and the service was absolutely horrible. One did not receive their appetizer, as we then waited 2 hours for our food that we never received. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
We waited over an hour for our food, there were a ton of teenagers working the tables and not paying attention. I ended up going to the manager and expressing that we had been waiting a while for a few pieces of pizza and in the end, they gave us a 10% discount. We were there for 2 and a half hours when we should have been there for 1.
I guess they don't really need the business since they make such a horrible pizza. The crust was thin but had a decent flavor. The cheese was almost non existent. There were no toppings even close to the edge, just sauce and no cheese. I see no need to return here.
Staff here clearly has trouble reading. Second time I paid for the crispy chicken Caesar salad and they didn’t include the chicken. Also they gave me Mayo as the Caesar salad dressing also spent over 50 bucks for pizza and a salad and they didn’t even get it right. I will pray for them.
Went to this place during the dinner under the stars, I would not recommend this place at all. Terrible service. It took about 50 mins to get our appetizers. The manager wasn’t apologetic at all. Didn’t even bother to come to us to apologize for the terrible service. They hired teenagers who are too busy on their phone. Not professional at all. Waitress was very sweet, understand and apologized for the service and l gave her discount which she shouldn’t have. Sorry but don’t go there.
Gotta get the meatball appetizer. Pizza is great!
The pizza crust is way too soft for a wood oven pizza.
My 2 sons and I traveled to Media PA to train Brazilian Jiu-jitsu at House of Arts. We arrived a few hours early to stretch our legs and relax after a 2 hour drive. We walked down the street looking for a place to eat and this place caught our attention. We were seated immediately. If you like wings the Sicilian wings area must. THE BEST wings I have ever eaten. If your in Media this is a must stop place to eat. The wait staff are amazingly friendly and helpful.
