My Cousin was thrilled that they still had the Butter Pecan Iced ☕. Staff was nice, quick and it tasted great.
The employees who work here are lovely, especially the new hires. Kind, fast, and clean. Management on the other hand (or who I assume to be management) are constantly and chronically without masks, even while coughing, and they don't appear to change gloves. Makes my skin crawl. But I am a victim to my donut addiction, no matter how coughed on, so I'm afraid I will keep coming back and hoping that the new lady working the early morning shift makes my coffee.
The ladies working in the morning have staring problems, they messed my mobile order up and I had to turn around to go back in to have it remade, and they all wanted to keep looking at me like they got a problem. I don’t appreciate that and won’t tolerate no such thing. I’m not coming here no more I tried giving them chances but they also seem to mess up my order

I have been going to this DD for almost 6 years on and off but today was different. I ordered a green tea and the tea I had did not look as such so I asked. So they all look at me and the manage I think proceeded to say we did not have any but it was not clear so I asked “you said you guys were out?” The woman who is always there than turns around and say in an attitude “ we do not have green tea that’s why we gave you black tea” my reaction was shocked working in customer service this not the was to handle the situation tour job is to accommodate me because you did not have what I order. I am not happy with this Dunkin’ and I pass 3 on my way to work. You will no longer receive my business ever!
This Dunkin ALWAYS treats me w/ up most respect . The customer service is always up to par when I visit there. I live in Delaware but visit there when my fur baby visits Providence. I've been to this Dunkin a few times back to back weeks . Keep up the great work. Always lefted a nice tip in the mug....❤❤❤❤❤

Best coffee shop. To get a jump start in the morning.
Every time I go here I have a problem! They advertise the one free coffee once a week but when I go there he wants me to pay for it!! It's the second time I had a complaint w/ customer service.
Good stuff and make things exactly as like but never open hours listed, especially on the weekend. Says hours updated by the owner ( figure back at pre covid hours) 2 weeks ago. Drive by hour later and still not open.
