Horrible experience! Placed an order for curbside pickup, after waiting for over 20 minutes I had to go through the drive-through. My food had been sitting for over 20 mins, when I refused the food because it was cold they reheated it!! The workers were extremely rude, no apology at all. After arguing with them they finally made me a new order. Absolutely ridiculous! If you want a good meal don’t waste your money or time at this disgusting location.
Hot extra large turbo with extra cream and two shots. Delicious.
Employee who opens the store weekday mornings is always late. Give the female worker who is on time a key instead of making her stand outside the door. Or change the hours to reflect you are unable to open at 5am. Customers pull up and are forced to leave.
Drive through gets busy but moves fast due to the excellent staff there.
Do yourself a favor and never go to this Dunkin’. They get everything wrong and the service is not great.

Ordered a caramel iced coffee.. got watery coffee and no caramel and no sugar. Also, can they put any less cream cheese on the bagels? Barely any on them.
Asked for a medium iced caramel mmacchiao and this is what they gave me. A water down iced coffee. I even asked the lady at the window is this my correct order. She said yes. Smh.
I tried white chocolate & caramel ice coffee and it was delicious!
