The service was horrible. Waited almost 30 minutes for my order and it wasn't prepared yet. Cold brew and a mocha latte. Realized what type of time they were on when they handed out a latte to someone that came in long after me. I'm a black man from Philly and am used to this type of service in certain areas. Delco being one of them. Do know how some communities deal with individuals from mine so I asked for a refund . Funny thing is when I asked for said refund their tone changed . Not only did I now exist to them but they were willing to make my drink IMMEDIATELY yet countless others had come and gone by then. Took a little bit for them to agree to giving ny money back.. No I don't want your trash beverage and I definitely will not be coming back to your establishment. If I could give zero stars I would.
just walked in, and I asked for a blueberry muffin (because they had muffins in a spot titled blueberry) well, when I go to take a bite into it, ITS NOT BLUEBERRY, ITS CHOCOLATE! If you don't have blueberry muffins, then swap the plate out for the correct plate. What if I had an allergy to chocolate?
The service here is the best and employees are really nice to the customers they always makes me happy whenever I go there for my coffee.This is my favorite dunkin'
This location is not what it used to be. I think it may be under new ownership. Messed up our donut order...
Good customer service
Both drinks were way too sweet. The refresher was 80% syrup and the smoked vanilla cold brew was pure sugar. Both sounded great but we're terrible
Understaffed and unorganized. Spent almost 20 minutes waiting after ordering to get a lemonade and an iced coffee. Orders disappeared between the cashier and drink person so we had to go back up and tell them our order again... The lemonade was undrinkable. The only person on top of their work was the person making hot food, which went cold as people waited for their drinks. They apologized for the wait, but the quality and lack of organization need help to resolve.
