Staff is horrible. Unprofessional. The food was not fresh. The sour cream was room temperature, it was poured like water onto my bowl. I don't think the sour cream is suppose to do that. Waited 30 minutes for my online order that was placed 40 minutes before I arrived to the store. After eating the bowl, I felt sick to my stomach. I will not being eating at the Chipotle in it's current capacity.
The food for the most part is very tasty, with superb guacamole, it's prepared very quickly and the price is reasonable. In the rush to get the product out the burrito shells are often undercooked. The taco chips are too thin. For a restaurant serving burritos they should offer refried beans as an optional filling. The store at Granite Run Mall is new and spacious with both indoor and outdoor seating.
Service is terrible. They were out of my favorite fountain drink and was told that I had to wait until other food was done. The servers are rude. Fortunately one of the kitchen employees overheard my conversation with the server and refilled the dispenser. Moreover, our tacos were meagerly filled. I guess if you don't want your taco stuffed with rice and beans, expect to get just a few pieces of chicken or steak. For the most part the employees stand around and talk to each other while the restaurant's floors, counters, and tables need to be cleaned. Very disappointed with this place.
I go to college nearby and I loved my chipotle back home in NJ. However, this Chipotle is exceptionally gross. Their work station is always filthy. The workers have a poor attitude every time I go there. The portion sizes are poorly executed. Every burrito I get is the size of my fist.
We came in and stood there waiting in line for about 10 minutes, while all the staff looked at us like we were from another planet, just for the younger employee to walk by and say online orders only. Why would you leave us just standing there waiting to order? A counter full of staff and only one of them said something after we stood there pointlessly.That's really rude and a waste of our time.And when they do actually take you order, it's like it's a problem to them to have to help you. You'll get a different amount of food every time too. The only consistency they have is being consistently rude. I'm definitely not coming back...even though it's the only chipotle in the area.
Uhhhh.. I walked in here about a week ago and the entire crew just stood there and stared at me while the one girl says “it’s online only” but in a way that made it seem like I was absolutely out of my mind for walking into the store in the first place lol it was .. bizarre.Tbh I probably would’ve just ordered on my phone in the car but I didn’t want to have to interact with them again because it was actually that miserable and awkward in there ?
Absolutely horrible customer service ordered from here online once I ordered a quesadilla got the order there wasn’t even a quesadilla it was just a container of rice and corn ordered again A quesadilla this time there no cheese in the quesadilla ordered it from here again ordered chips and guacamole got the guacamole but no chips then Then ordered a quesadilla with chicken and steak got a quesadilla with just cheese nothing else ordered a bowl here with half chicken half steak got a no steak in it this happened five times in a row straight they clearly do not pay attention to the orders online
Had to give 1 star for the massively long hair in my burrito I took home via pickup. Yuck!
Lady by the name of tamber put the largest amount of guac I’ve ever seen on my burrito after I said add a little bit. There’s nothing but guac that I’m eating rn and I’m very upset. She gave me the smallest amount of everything else but when I said a little bit she throws three servings on top.
Do not waste your time on coming to this Chipotle I have been to many Chipotles and this particular one is extremely disappointing 90% of the time I come to this location it's only take out only so I have to order it from the app and then try to get it within my lunch time the people do not care and of course the company do not care I highly recommend not coming to this one at all
