Cold, tasteless, extremely poor staff, just a terrible experience. Wendy no longer cares if their food has any flavor or whether their employees treat customers well. This includes the night manager at this particular Wendy's. Forget about 'Hot 'n'Juicy' - that's a slogan from the past. It really doesn't get much worse- too many details to fit in here.
How do you screw up a 2 sandwich order when the store is empty and only has 1 car in Drive-through and order was mobile you had the order perfectly in your computer how can you mess it up. The old manager and crew was way better. This location has taken a serious decline. I had to go back to have my sandwich remained 2 times because the same manager made my sandwich wrong 2 times in a row short blonde hair female. She also made Threats to meet me outside. Definitely reporting her to corporate
This was a horrible experience. I ordered a classic Asiago club sandwich with fries and a drink. When I bit into the sandwich the chicken was so hard and dry. I tried several bites to see if it improved. It did not. It was very bad. When I went to the counter to show them my sandwich they said that was just the way the sandwich is. So it’s bad news if they were right and they are all that terrible. And it’s bad news if they just didn’t want to admit that the one they gave me was bad. I threw it all in the trash and on the way out I told them but they didn’t offer me anything else to eat or my money back. I don’t think they cared.

Consistently good food and fast service. Exterior of the restaurant is clean and well kept. Employees were well kempt, fast, friendly and efficient. Convenient location, situated basically in the same parking lot as Giant and Rite Aid.
Six teenagers standing around eating and playing on their phones. Meanwhile, we ate in the dining room and it was disgusting. Every table was gross, trash laying everywhere and dirt/mud all over the carpets. We almost walked out.
My issue with this Wendy’s is that the workers don’t wear gloves while handling the food. Also,I noticed is that none of the workers didn’t wash their hands after touching money or touching other things in the restaurant. Will not be going back here no more until the workers at all the Wendy’s establishments wear gloves making food
This store is my favorite store. It is very clean and beautiful. The floors, walls, and bathrooms are newly renovated. The couples room and the single room are warm and elegant. They are very enjoyable and beautiful. It is very comfortable to walk in. Here The masseuses are very professional, especially deep tissue massage. They are very careful and comfortable. If you have shoulder pain, neck discomfort, back pain, leg pain, and sore feet, you should really come here, it will help you reduce pain, Relieve stress, reduce fatigue, very good and comfortable, this is really a good place for you, highly recommended, you must make an appointment here.
The food was fine however the building is filthy dirty. Totally disgusting. The counter where you pick up your food was dirty. The floor was sticky. A woman with a cane said she had a difficult time because the rubber on her cane was sticking. 'They need to clean this place", she said to me. Not a single table had been wiped down and the place was not busy inside. There were no diet soda's. When asked the cashier went to the back to check and I never heard another thing. Another person after me asked and was told no diet in the store. Would have been nice to have gotten an answer. The filth was like this about 6 months ago. At that time I refused to come back. My grandson, age 5, asked to go to Wendy's for lunch so I caved. Even he stated "they need to clean the floor and tables'. It was not difficult to see or feel the dirt. The glass decor above the seats have grease and finger prints all over them. I HIGHLY suggest closing down for a day and seriously DEEP CLEAN. Vinegar and water would help. The table we were at had a pile of napkins pushed under a leg to keep it from moving. They were also grossly dirty. Change out the napkins! I am not a clean freak or germaphobic but sure felt dirty when I left. Not sure how they have not been closed by the health department!
This place was run down and disgusting. I watched an employee literally run her fingers through her hair and then scoop food out. None of the employees wore gloves or ppe when handling the food. The floors were sticky to the point it almost pulled my shoe off my foot. Gross. Department of health should come in and inspect this place.
