Normally, I wouldn’t write reviews like this, since anyone can have a bad day, but this is the third issue I’ve had with the staff at this Wendy’s. I used to think the “King” was the only place that didn’t get my order right, but I’m wrong. First, the window clerk tried to tell me mobile orders could only be picked up inside. Thankfully, another clerk told her she was wrong. Then I checked my receipt, to make sure the lettuce and onion were on it (yawp; check)… but once I got home, and checked the burger…no lettuce, no onion. I even called the restaurant, and whoever answered was more concerned about what was on my receipt than what wasn’t on my burger. All I wanted was a bourbon burger my way… guess I’ll be going back to the King.
The guy that was on window he had black hair and was light skinned I’m pretty sure and he got the cool braclets on. He was hella cute and nice he gave me a free frosty to for the long wait(don’t fire him). Might go back for his snap.
Went here to pick up a door dash order. Normally, a drive thru restaurant will have their lobby open, so us dashers don’t have to wait in a long line to pick up the food. This Wendy’s does not have an open lobby and I had to wait 20 extra minutes for an order I could’ve just walked in and grabbed. After receiving a call from the customer after dropping off his food, I was informed that he was missing $30 worth of food. While I was picking up the order, I asked the drive thru worker if everything was in the bag. He replied, yes have a good one. I called Wendy’s back, they didn’t answer. I called them back again, no answer. This happened five times before someone picked up. I politely explained what happened, and was met with some rude remarks from who ever answered the phone. “You should’ve checked to make sure all the items were there, loud sigh.” As a dasher, I can’t open a sealed bag and check myself, I rely on the workers to do this. I also explained how I had tried to call multiple times to ask what happened. She replied, “were super busy it’s quite annoying when you keep calling, thanks for making me answer this and waste my time.” I tried to politely explain that next time to make sure whoever hands the food out to make sure all the items are there, and that answering your phone is important to communicate with whoever is calling. She rudely hung up while I was trying to do this. If you are a dasher do not go here. It takes a lot of time to get the order, the workers are quite rude, and mess up your order.
Sandwiches are the best by far, but their French fries took a major step backwards! I rank their fries as the fourth best amongst all fast food. McDonalds is now #1 followed by Burger King as a close second with Hardee's as #3. Sorry Wendy's, just giving my thoughts.
Thanks for the Taco Salad without chili or taco chips. Called back and no one answers even though you are there. Forgot my drink too except that was more obvious so I got it. Wait time was longer than normal too. I suppose the “Hot Fries” are ok. Take your time and recheck before you hand it out. We understand patience is required. Friday 745 PM
Order was correct though drive though but they only had value menu buns. Eating a triple burger on a value menu bun is a big mess. Other staples like chocolate frosty were also unavailable. Service was ok. Overall disappointing.
This restaurant is an absolute train wreck these days. It takes forever to get thru the drivethru (last night it took me 33 minutes to get thru the drivethru and I was 2 cars behind the car ordering when I got there!) and today I pulled up, was car 2 and sat for 15 mins, then when I got to the ordering tunnel the kid said "my systems are down" - When I asked him if I should stay he responded "well if you want to wait for 20 minutes" to which I responded "you could’ve just said that when you told me your system for down". It's been like this for MONTHS. And don't blame lack of employees - last night when I finally got to the pickup window, I counted 6 people in there and there were 2 just sitting out by the dumpster smoking....It's a shame b/c I'd prefer Wendy's over any other, but the food quality isn't so great that I'm going to waste time sitting just tibchose them over other options around, so I'm done going there.
Food was disgusting... everything cold. Like burger was kinda pink. Never going back again. Shame on Wendy's... I bet I would get better food from the dollar tree... smh
Had to go back through the drive through (20 minutes each time) because they forgot the fries.
I come to this location frequently because I work pretty close but that is the only reason. Almost every order I've ever placed has been wrong or disgusting. No cheese? Cheese. No ketchup? Ketchup. EVERY TIME. Fix this location please.
