I’m going to preface this comment by telling you that I have never ever left a Google review before. But I ordered a pizza from this place and it was the WORST pizza I’ve ever had! It’s pretty hard to screw a pizza, especially from a pizza shop, except maybe burn it.But this pizza was soaked with sauce with hardly any cheese…AND I ASKED AND PAID For EXTRA CHEESE!Maybe it was the cook because we ordered just a plain pie a few weeks ago, during week, and it was superb? But I need consistency and I’ll never patronize Vitos again! It’s bad when frozen pizza tastes better and at a 1/3 of the price.Also, how about the owner or his kid make the pies instead of some nube! Terrible!!!

Disappointed each time I've been here. The first time was opening week... ordered a pizza and was told to come back an hour later... I still had to wait an additional 90 minutes!?! Okay, new owners, trying. Went back a few months later. The order was done more quickly, but it was so greasy and just not something we will return to.
I was very disappointed to see Brothers Pizza (the previous pizza place at this location) gone, but decided to give this place a chance twice. Unfortunately both times the pizza was just not that great. Very average in terms of taste, nothing that sets it apart from other pizza places. I don’t think I’ll ever find a pizza place again like Brothers. I was hoping the previous owner would give them his recipes. In search of a new pizza place in the area.
We just moved here and this food is absolutely delicious and we ordered there the first time for all pastas and they were so good. And this time we ordered the stromboli large and the Gizmo sub so freaking delicious try it. I'm telling you it's worth every penny and I love them so professional and so nice all of them. They forgot something on my sub and came back to give it to me on the side. Now that's great service. Ask me where am I ordering from now on Vito's in Mechanicsburg pa is the best place to eat right across the street from me. Very disappointed after seeing the 4.6 star review. Ordered the boneless wings and they came with no sauce on them or in the container and they were mainly chunks of hard breading. Had to add my own sauce and they were cold after only a 5 minute delivery. Ordered the garlic knots and they were very hard (seemed like garlic knots you reheated in a microwave the next day). As for the pizza, I went with white. It's been a while since I've had a decent white pizza and this just didn't do it for me and certainly didn't look anything like the photo. No cheese chunks on top and seemed like a lackluster attempt at some sort of cheese bread pizza with zero sauce.Maybe just wasn't the A team being that it's a Tuesday night, but definitely not 4+ stars worthy. Maybe I'll try it again on a Friday or Saturday night before I give it a 1 star review. I'd have to set my food standards extremely low to give above a 3.
This is my first time since the management change. My fiancé and I ordered a large meat stromboli, garlic knots, and chicken tenders. We ordered off of Door Dash then went to pick it up. I called while ordering to make sure the prices were correct. Pricing for Door Dash is more expensive to offset the cost of them having to pay Door Dash, which is completely understandable business wise. They explained that I can order over the phone to make it cheaper. At this point, I didn’t care about the cost but I was more interested in how it tastes. After bringing the food home it was still warm and I was blown away by the size of the chicken tenders. It was so awesome on how nice and thoughtful the staff were.

The choices are 10, 15, 18 and 20 percent. You can opt out of the tip - you have to select "Custom Tip".. Then select $0.00I did not and will not order from them. The default tip for pickup should be zero. I don't mind having an option to tip, but it should be zero and let me decide what to give - not recommend an amount and force me to make a custom amount of zeroIt makes me feel uncomfortable knowing that they know I had to go out of my way to NOT tip them - it gives me concern for the level of quality or service I might receive having them know I chose to not tipIt's a pizza shop and it's order pickup - there really shouldn't be a tip involved. Pay your people more, raise prices - whateverForcing a mandatory tip and adding an extra step to opt out of it is shady and just a bad practice.I wanted to let people know so they could avoid ordering from here if that sort of thing bothered them. Having to go out of my way to make a selection to NOT tip made me feel uncomfortable - had I known that I wouldn't have wasted my time putting an order together
