Well I haven't been to a T.B in a long time so will see ? ... But it went really smooth Especially the older lady who took my order ... She was very patient and answered all my questions ... Because it's been awhile and the menu has REALLY changed ... She and the cooks should get a raise ... They were really busy , but there was no additude because of it they make a great team ????????
Always willing to ensure your order is correct. Even if they forget something (which happens because people are human)
Hit or miss with orders being correct. one time with 2 different orders had hair in it. Last week ordered something w/o beef and they didn't put the cheeses on it a plate that comes with cheese. They need to pay attention to the screen and give people what they ordered
This used to be a great location. As of lately it's gone completely downhill. Every single order is wrong. This time I got extra sour cream on an item I specifically said no sour cream on and the rest of my order was stuff I never even asked for. Instead of a chicken ranch taco we got some random burrito with just tomato in it? I live too far away to justify going back to get my order corrected every single time. I can understand mistakes, but this is EVERY time. Such a waste of money.
The staff at this location is always pleasant though sometimes the drive through line is long. It's become sadly skimpy fast food for the money though. If your on the go, with your kids or in a hurry it is a decent option. If you are not in a hurry though you can get better and more for your money elsewhere.
May not be fair to rate this place because it has been good in the past. However twice recently we have tried to go and it was closed or we sat in line for 10/15 mins just to get to the ordering speaker to hear sry we can't take your order because our screens went out.I understand the technical difficulties but was super disappointed as it was late and we were hungry.If we are able to actually get food from there again, I will definitely update this review.
I don’t eat Taco Bell too often but when I do I usually eat here. The tacos come out tasty and the fire sauce lights me up from the inside out.I do miss the Mexican pizzas though. I used to eat those daily like a multivitamin pill. I don’t know why but them things were so tasty. Ok let me head back over here to get me some tacos.
I deliver for Uber Eats. I got assigned 2 deliveries at this store. When I arrived they told me they had shut off the Uber orders 2 hours before that. When I explained how that's not possible because I have an order to pickup they got nasty and refused to make it. The worst part was the store was open. So an open restaurant refused to make an order that was already paid for. Also, its snowing. Every driver who gets assigned to go there is risking their lives on the roads. Only to be told that Taco Bell won't make Tacos, and then the driver won't get paid. Maybe they thought they had turned off the system. If that's the case then the right thing to do is complete the order that you do have and then go make sure the system is off. This would be the most beneficial to THE CUSTOMER. These "workers" need to be reminded that it's really the customer who signs their checks.There is another Taco Bell in Enola. So yourself as favor and drive the extra 5 minutes and go there. The employees are kind and work hard to ensure the best for the customer. Stay as far away from this location at possible.
Got dinner tacco 10 pack and steak burrito Supreme skimpy on steak and only five sauces for 11 items
i have. enjoyed taco bell for a long time.there menu is great... but the increase in price is taking that experience away from me
