I placed an order online and the order was completely wrong. I called the store and the manager didn't care that the order was wrong and said she was going to do nothing about the order! I'm allergic to onions and I know I didn't select onions on my sub! Rude, didn't care about customer satisfaction, and should not be managing people!

Went in at 8:33PM. Denied service when it says its closes at 9PM. I wonder if the manager knows...

Ordered a sub, wrap, and 3 cookies on DoorDash. Got my order quickly, but the wrap was made wrong and the cookies were not in the bag. I called them and they told me that I ordered the wrap that way. I literally had the receipt in hand that showed how it was to be made. They were wrong.They asked if I would like it remade. I had it delivered and was heading to work so that won't work and I told them I will just eat the wrap the way it came. I was more worried about the $5 I was jipped without the cookies. To which they responded they would read the order better next time. Not like yes we will send you something to replace the cookies next time, or we will put your name on a list.... nothing.So I spent $35 after the $5 tip, for a wrap, a foot long, and NO COOKIES. I should have read the reviews before using this location. Appears to be going down hill.

They don't honor buy one get one free coupons that were designed to bring in more business. So don't get excited.

I was hoping to get a breakfast sub at Subway but that didn’t happen.it’s posted they open at 9 AM i waited there until 9:15 when the opening manager arrived at 9:15 , she said they will be opening in Half an hour.Don’t go there early .

I ordered 8 subs for my sons birthday today 8/30 at noon for a 3:25 pick up. When I got to the store at 3:25 you were closed. I then checked my confirmation email and saw a cancellation email 20 minutes before pick up. Why ask for a telephone number on the order if you don't use it to cancel the order? I still do not know why you cancelled the order since the payment went through. I am extremely upset and would like to know when I will get my refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SUBWAY FOR AN EVENT YOU MAY NOT ACTUALLY HAVE FOOD FOR IT.

Stopped for a quick dinner on our way home from Pittsburgh when we got off the turnpike. Good service, typical menu offerings. A good choice for something quick and fresh.

Really quick and fast! Never had such an amazing customer service in a while!!! If there would be a 10 pointer, they'd get all 11 from me! Good job yall, keep it going well. The girl and the guy working are a great team. Respect to you guys! Keep up the good work!

Our server was fantastic! Emily was on point, polite, and cool under pressure. She was the only one working and maintained fanstic composure and was as speedy as one could expect from someone on her own with 10 other people on the store. She had our order, a large family order, and 5 other people at once at 2:45 on a sturday afternoon. She handled herself extreamly well. Well done Emily!!!!
