Most of the time they do good here.
My worst experience with the lady was there at service, really bad service, and bad understanding and she not talk the english language, so bad, bad please improve the service from this place.
Giving it a 3 star for a painfully slow service. Staff were friendly and did good job with subs. I recommend this subway just make sure you are not short on time.FYI- subs are made much better in person than using the app. I have done online order at this store. Subs were sloppy and they didn't follow instructions. So, I have switched to 2nd best option of just going in the restaurant and ordering in person.

Footlong sub meal and 6 additional cookies ... $18. Inflation?? Sub was good and cookies were good. Only reason it wasn't a 1 star.
for starts i come to subway very often and today was an absolute disaster. i came in during my 30 minute lunch break and i didn’t can’t help for 5 minutes. they were all talking about laughing and werent making my sandwich. it took the lady Kai, 10 minutes to make my sandwich. andddd they didn’t take my coupon after they sent it to me. i told the lady i wanted a cookie and she didn’t get ring me up for one and the whole situation was very awkward. she didn’t ask me what kind of size i wanted. i also believe it is bad customer service to not say “have a nice day” horrible absolutely horrible experience.
It's a chain, you know what you are getting.
Ordered online...food wasn't even started and couldn't find my order cause they hadn't checked any online orders and had so many to go through. My Chicken Bacon Ranch was toasted with all the toppings on so my lettuce tomatoes etc were wilted and gross and chicken and bacon were still cold. NEVER AGAIN! Do yourself a favor drive 3mins to the next one.
Ordered 2 foot long and one six inch at 1145 on the subway app. The order was suppose to be ready at 1200. It’s now 1230 and still waiting. What’s the point of the app? Workers were unapologetic. Avoid this subway. It’s well worth driving a few more miles for better service elsewhere.
