My go-to drink is an Iced White Chocolate Mocha. Every time I order here, the staff is friendly and patient if my app isn’t coming up right away for them to scan it for rewards. They are short staffed but they still work hard to make everyone happy. Please be patient with them.

I absolutely love Starbucks and they're espresso and coffee. It is a little on the price of your side so I usually only go when I either have the extra money or my other coffee shop is closed which rarely happens but I do get my fair share of Starbucks. I love to just buy their ground espresso as well because I think that's amazing! But I have to say they're tumblers and coffee mugs and their iced coffee machine I bought 3 years ago still works to this day I love all the things that you can buy there I like that you can buy the Starbucks tumblers I have so many of them and I'm obsessed I would buy that whole store out lol. But Starbucks is definitely equally as good to my other coffee shop so I have to say I'd be happy going to either! The customer service is great. I would say the only bad thing was that they didn't let me tip one time when there was only one girl in there and she was working her butt off and I tried to give her a tip and the manager basically said no wouldn't let me tip her and I just didn't think it was very fair but we were going through covet at the time she was there putting her own health at risk and instead you wouldn't let me give her $5 I didn't like that policy.
